This reminds me of an experiment they did on rabbits. They fed 3 groups of rabbits bad diets. 2 of the groups died of the bad diet. The 3rd group survived. The scientists were puzzled by this but later found out that the person looking after the rabbits used to hug them every day. Being happy and feeling loved and having a purpose in life will make you immune to the effects of a bad diet!!

For dinner I had french fries, processed fake meat and a small amount of vegetables covered in gravy, followed by ice cream, candy and more cookies. I'm healthy and happy. I've eaten like that my whole life. I eat all the bad stuff with very little of the good stuff.
