I'm from Australia, however there were very little content about the Australian criminal justice system, so I have decided to study the American Justice system. This is a great video!

Oh I didn't realize it they're still have detective because I've never really met one and it doesn't seem like they do much investigating when they take you to court

Now suppose that someone makes a complaint about you and the only evidence or whatever they have is what that person says and they put out a warrant and have you arrested there's no witness

Very insightful lecture but I️ guess I’m confused on why the emphasis was put on the man being “big and black. ” I️ don’t see why those characteristics had such a major impact on you. Poor word choice professor.

Ikr!!! I’m still trying to see the point why he emphasized the race so much!!!! Not cool whatsoever!! He didn’t say “why” …I was still waiting on the reasoning behind emphasized that they both was “black” and big black guy??!!
The race could’ve been left out sir😑😑😑🤔🤔🤔🤔
