Hey Pastor James! Per your previous positive review, I also bought a Visconti Mirage Mythos Apollo, just like yours! Mine is also very wet in a nice bold! I was apprehensive at first to purchase such an expensive pen, as most of my pens are in the Lamy Studio, Safari, and Al-Star range. This is my first Visconti, and it writes very smoothly!! So happy. I'm glad that newer Visconti pens have better quality nibs. I'll have to try this ink!

this is one of my favourite inks well behaved, decently wet, good shading and even after opening pen after long time it writes without any hard start...... highly recommended
I like the depth of color, even in the drier pen. I haven't been a big fan of brown inks, but this might convert me! :-)
A very good looking ink. I have a sample of it but just haven't tried it out yet. I'd love to see a comparison video of "top brown inks" -just a wishful idea :)
I know this might be a very specific video for you to do, but would you be able to make a comparison of all the brown noodlers inks? Specially compared to other popular brown inks 🫢 nice video btw 🙌🏻

I haven’t tried Diamine Chocolate yet, but I greatly enjoy two other well-behaved dark true brown inks, Diamine Macassar and the slightly lighter Monteverde Brown Sugar.
Great review James! I enjoy Diamine inks and I'll have to get some of this Chocolate Brown. I inked up the Ranga Model 5 with Diamine Green/Black. Such a joy to write with!
Nice review, James. I use currently the Private Reserve Chocolat. It is well behaved and a quick drying ink. Being left handed, this is a bit concern for me. This ink is similar in shade and I would consider it if it dried faster. Since I use EF or F nibs, may be it wouldn't be so bad.
You are correct, you cannot have enough brown ink...

Thank you, James - I adore brown inks as well, & have experimented mixing Diamine Orange with drops of other colours to see what kinds of brown I can get: should've waited to see your chromatograph!
