Hello , What do you think spiral aeration Brewtools? is it good to use it when placing in vats for good aeration before inoculation? or is it not necessary?
Does almost the same steps. Hard to get on the backside of the elements though, so if anyone have a good suggestion for a product (that don´t get stuck!) I (and many others!) would be grateful for that!
Per Ole Gabrielsen Yeah the backside of the elements can be a bitch, but when I twist the brush (like in the video) I also manage to remove the stuff agains the wall. After the PBW batch, it’s easy to remove (I never had any problems, at least).
The cheap Chinese 3-way valves supplied with the BrewTools system are not sanitary valves. They need to be stripped down and cleaned separately. Including the valve on the bottom!
Great video! I appreciate the time and effort to make this. I'm saving up for a B80pro, so the more I can learn, the better. Thanks!
Kenneth Simon Thanks a lot! I can promise that it’s definitely worth saving up to 🍺😁

I don’t have any experience with it, but can’t say I feel the need for it. For brews where I want to add extra oxygen I use a oxygenation kit.
@@WestumHjemmebryggeri Ok, thanks for the response !
Best regards
And why did you forget to clean the chiller in a same way ?
The chiller gets cleaned when circulating the PBW water
PBW, er ikke det gift brewtoolsen?
Tech Ster er veldig mye frem og tilbake om dette på nett. I følge flere, så bruker Brewtools selv PBW.

A thin bottle brush or sponge works too. 👍🏼
Have you tried to use a wheel brush? Like the one you use for the car?
Meget bra video
Bjrnar Ellingsen tusen takk 🍺😁
