Focus is not in the album because Ariana decided to put "Dangerous Woman" as the main single instead of "Focus" (Also, it didn't fit with the album concept) but you can find it in the japanese edition of the album.

Just a lot of dancing, sexy close-ups and locations/backdrops that seem completely unrelated to the song, like most pop music vids. It's good eyecandy, as is everything involving Ari, but it's very uninspired.
