    Broncos all the way. If he falls to Denver, he will be in orange and blue. I expect him to be the number 1player on Denvers board. He fits Elways Dream QB. His arm strength, size, and character are all 100% match. After that? I expect best player available. Josh Allen, Nelson, barkely, chub, Mayfield.

    • @legoatjames7812
      @legoatjames7812 6 лет назад +1

      Jason Markell idk they seem to be in on Keenum, they might roll with him for 2 years and draft other needs they need for right now

    • @heavymetallabrat
      @heavymetallabrat 6 лет назад

      Gavin Matherly Thats a distinct possibility. It really seems like it will go down to who goes off the board in the first 4 picks. Keenum was and is a guaranteed fix at qb fir denver that automatically makes that position stable. That said, nobody would ever claim keenum is a franchise qb. Hes a solid qb with above average talent that will protect the ball and put solid numbers on the board if you put players around him and call smart game plans. He wont win games on his own like a franchise qb is expected to and needs solid players around him to make up for it. Hes a good guy to have if you lack an aaron rogers, carson wentz, or a brees but he wont carry you when youre down on your luck.
      If allen falls to the broncos Id say they have to take him. I dont expect them to reach for a QB because Keenum is a decent option. But this draft is historical at the size of the depth at qb. Weve never had more than 2 qbs worth drafting inside the first 5 picks. We have 4 this year. I would be very surprised if at least 5 qbs dont go in the first 15 picks. Rudolph and lamaar are technically late 1st to mid 2nd round picks but id be surprised if we dont have teams buy high this year given the buzz at that position. Nelson, saquon, and chubb would all fit in denver. But if allen falls, I dont see elway not grabbing him.

    • @legoatjames7812
      @legoatjames7812 6 лет назад

      Jason I remember the last time the broncos reached for a quarterback in the first round who they thought could change their franchise. He had the best arm in the draft, he was overlooked going into the combine, showed off that arm, instantly became overrated going into it but people believed in him because he was the prototype QB 6"7 245 a little too tall but they looked past it because of the potential. Oh, you think I'm talking about josh allen ? Nah that's Paxton Lynch but they sure do sound exactly the same 😂😂😂

    • @heavymetallabrat
      @heavymetallabrat 6 лет назад

      Actually they are nothing alike. And ive looked at the scouting tape for lynch. Im not sure what anyone saw in Lynch but the kid was not worth drafting. John recognized we needed a QB and he had hoped he could develop him to be something more. Obviously it didn't go as planned. Its no small wonder John builds better defenses as he spent his entire career analyzing them. Lynch however has nothing in common with Josh. Josh has the following: Rocket arm, leadership in the pocket, self confidence, and the ability to take a hit in the pocket. Lynch looked like a deer in the headlights in college. he made some dramatic plays but never really showed any self confidence and his talent level should have NEVER been even spoken in the same sentence as the first 2 draft picks. Elway allowed himself to get scared into grabbing a qb because the cowboys were going to try to snipe one out from under us and he pulled the trigger. QB is one of the hardest positions to draft for because surefire generational QB's rarely make it past the first 3 draft picks. Allen, rosen, darnold, mayfield all are generational QB's. What is interesting is that they all have unique issues that make all 4 an equal risks right out the gate. That said, in the right environment, all 4 WILL be in the league for many years. The Only 2 QB's who should be compared to lynch as far as high risk with no guarantee of success are Mason rudolph and lamaar jackson. Both have high potential but need a really good coach to bring the talent to NFL ready.

    • @legoatjames7812
      @legoatjames7812 6 лет назад

      Jason Im not so much talking the intangibles Im talking the body type and the arm strength. But the two similar things are happening, they are reaching so hard for a QB. The smartest thing would be to trade with the bills and get their 2 first round draft picks and roll with keenum. Denver needs offensive line help bad.

      @brocky 6 лет назад

      knix200129 the offense that they ran at Favre's days were not QB friendly compared to what Josh Allen had. I do think Allen has a chance at the league, however, he seems to lack the anticipation in his throws. The ball comes out after he's 'sure' the receiver will be at the position and he trusts his arm strength for timing. That's INT waiting to happen.

    • @dankburrito4219
      @dankburrito4219 6 лет назад +2

      dudebro He had shit receivers and a trash o line. He does throw with anticipation and touch when he needs to. His biggest flaws were his footwork and his reliance on his arm strength. He's got Aroldis Chapman power, who can also learn to throw a deadly slider. He'll have way better talent in the NFL, He also has a borderline HOF to hand the ball off to.
