This is the H.O.W. of the sales presentation Honesty Open minded Willing When I can get to a level of honesty or authenticity with my customers that opens the door for them to be Open minded to new ideas. Then and only then do they become willing to change. I agree, it all starts with Authenticity. Thanks VA I like these videos! Quint Lears - New Home Sales
Try to infuse your personality and enthusiasm; believe it or not the client can "feel" over the phone. Remember to always ask them "How are you doing today"; studies have show it improves their responsiveness to you. VA
hi Victor, as I've seen some of the other sales video from the other person/motivator.. I just realize that each of you has some authenticity and sincerity to become one of the greatest sales person in the world. Kindly advise me how to have those things (authenticity and sincerity) to advance my sales skills? I want the client to have the business with me because they trust me, not because they need to. Looking forward to hear from you! cheers
Never seek to 'compete' with others, but focus solely on bettering yourself. Care more about your customers than you do the order and you'll see the difference. VA
+Victor Antonio (Keynote Speaker) Thank you for your reply. One more question victor, what is the best way to maintain the business relationship with the existing client? I always think that I have a good presentation skills and can get a closed deal, but the relationship afterward is not much. Is it a courtesy call / regular visit to his office once a week is enough or not? or any other experience that you can share? cheers from Indonesia ;)
I go back to my original point, " Care more about your customers than you do the order and you'll see the difference." Send them an article that will help them, make a connection for them, etc. Thinking of them shows you care. VA
Ask yourself these questions: 1. As you're presenting, how comfortable do you feel? Do you say it feels right to me? 2. Think about your presentation. How would you like to be sold? How would you like the information to be delivered? When? 3. When someone wants you to give them a price, give them a price 4. No formula. You need to take your style, figure out what feels comfortable and when to deliver the information in a way that you feel comfortable.
This was reassuring to hear. Be authentic, offer price early.

Great minds think alike :-) VA
Ask yourself these questions:
