Papua New Guinea Coffee - Cedar Ota Coffee

We recently released Papua New Guinea which is a pulped natural fermented coffee. This coffee is for those who are looking for a unique-tasting coffee that is very flavorful and different. The aerobic 16-hour fermentation gives this coffee a sweetness like you probably have never experienced before. The first taste leaves you complex but the second taste leaves you with hints of pineapple and tropical fruit. You will notice the coffee is smooth and has very low bitterness. This coffee in my opinion tastes great as a pour-over but can also make a very sweet espresso shot. Like most coffees, it has an amazing history of the people who farm it. I am excited to partner up with this region and further share their experience. Again this coffee is very unique and I truly hope you enjoy it!

@@RobPirieCedarOtaCoffee Just ordered the Papua New Guinea. I only know how to roast coffee in a pan but plan on getting a roaster. Which fermentation process gives you the best coffee?
