Barrister Sarah Ryan Enright is a specialist in marine environmental law and believes the law could be used to strengthen and expand marine protection.
Sarah explains the different ways in which marine protected areas could operate and the various benefits they can bring to tourism, fish stocks, food security and coastal communities.
