- After the scores were read and the stadium did not crumble to the ground from the crowd's loud roar, DCFilm's team positioned themselves to record Phantom's encore performance of their 2008 Championship-winning show, "Spartacus." This was their last run of this crowd-pleasing show, and many remained to watch it. It was also the last DCI Championship venue held outside at the Indiana University's Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, IN. The original video produced by Christensen Media/RAWTV was included in the "On The Road" Phantom Regiment tour DVD. However, due to the standard definition limitations of media at that time, the quality was underwhelming but still enjoyable to watch on tv 20 years ago. Held in our archives for all this time, we were able to enhance and remaster this amazing footage as it was originally recorded with our HD cameras.

Left and right channels are swapped though! I swapped the RCA cables on my setup and now it feels like I’m sitting in the stands on the 50yd line
edit: either i was really stoned last night or my headphones are on backwards... the audio channels are fixed now

Unfortunately, this is the edited version which leaves out a big chunk before the ballad/Mellophone solo. We were told of copyright issues after the initial release of the DVDs. The first DVD release contains the full shows. Hope they can find/upload the full-version...

Why is an entire section of the show missing here?
I'm assuming that they didn't have the rights to publish that piece on the DVD so it got removed, and the finals high cam has it cause it wasn't on the DVD
Sadly, we had to remove 1:12 minutes of the program because of sync license issues. That was the only way we could put on Phantom's Tour DVD.

Does there exist a full, uncut official video of finals run Spartacus in HD? The HD videos I’ve seen of that run all have Dance of Ecstasy cut out since they lost rights, but the uncut version exists in low quality. I’ve even edited the cut back into the HD video, to create the closest thing to a full HD finals run.
