Get it? Cause the SKYBOX is the limit, and reaching it immediately causes any and all flight loss, even for experienved dragons. 🤤 This was a kid's game btw... and one I grew up with! 😊
Since the homeworld of this level is called the "Dream Weavers," I figured Jaques (and Dark Passage) featured enemies spawned of nightmares instead of dreams.
I bought the Stewart Copeland Anthology CD years back and this track is called "Rain" on the CD, its probably one of his favorites and that's why its on this Anthology CD.
The Dream Weavers world starts out as a peaceful utopia (in Home and Lofty Castle), but quickly turns into a hellish nightmare (in Dark Passage, Haunted Towers, and Icy Flight). Jacques(Boss) is the ultimate nightmare, and controller of the fools. I love this part at 1:43, that tells you to keep going, you're almost out of this nightmare. Like Tisha Campbell said to the gammites on School Daze(when the brothers' hazing was too much) "Don't listen to them, don't listen, you're almost HOME!" I get that vibe from this part.
So this was the inspiration behind the title screen in Reignited Also, this track made me cry when I was younger because I never could get this far in the game, and now this is like such an easy game to play through in like 2-3 days time...
The environment was weird, the enemies grotesque, the music unsettling, and the boss absurd. This is definitely one of my least-favorite levels in the game.
Ok, but what the fuck were the devs on when making this level? “Here’s an idea for a level, we have these fat things that hold flowers and bitch slap u, and we’ll also have males of this species that sit on platforms and we’ll have this level set like hell. Oh, and we’ll have some crazy jack-in-a-box guy as a boss that wears a dragon mask, fairy wings and throws Nintendo game cubes at you”
This is the track that Copeland picked as his personal favorite.
I knew I’d read that somewhere before. Makes sense it has a great energy to it!
Jake Bewsher It's on his personal "Greatest Hits" album 😃
I can definitely see why. It's one of his best works. Has a nice beat and catchy melodies.
in before I commented that this is the best song of the game and franchise haha
Who?
Oddly enough the most hellish appearing level had pretty chill music
And one of the most baddie ❤
A wise dragon once told me "Aim high in life, but watch out for flying boxes."
Katherine Tardif Wise words, indeed. Helpful, too.
A wise dragon once told me, "Thank you for releasing me!"
A wise dragon once told me: " *fart* "
Huuuuuh?

This level always disturbed me in many ways
especially the boss. errrrgggghhhh
Oh and that one dragon that was hard to get to.
Natasha Bellasario
Now get ready for the disturbing creatures...in HIGH quality and revamped model this fall!
Definitely by design
All that lava and those viscious beasties. Who was in charge? A toy, torn free of its package.
"Aim high in life, but watch out for flying boxes"
Giordan Diodato That's "Aim high in Light..."
REVILO ♥
As a kid I didn't understand why they called it Jaques. Years later I learned what a jack-in-the-box is...
this level on acid omg 😱 words can not describe
Must try it then
I'm 17 and this level disturbs me anyway.
Nutty-Nutzis EXACTLY
The monster with the flower😂🌷
Lol I remember how much the enemies in this level scared me when I was a kid. They were so hideous. 😅
At 1:16 it transitions to a completely different melody. Weird but fascinating music!
"Any advice before this battle?"
"Advice hmm... A wise dragon once told me always aim high in life but watch out for flying boxes."
"Huh?!"
these creatures and those in "dark passages" were the scariest in the whole game
well at least back the time when i was a kid
When you hurt the clock and it say : "WHOOOO!!" Just magic :)
Ah, my favourite song in the soundtrack. Thanks for putting this list together, by the way. I like to listen while doing my coursework.
+clawdore You mean Flippy and Spyro's Gaming?
How many drugs were the artists on when they made this level up?
My guess is all of them.
So we need a new level....
*Takes a boatload of LSD*
"I GOT IT!!"
*Jaques*
Got ittt lmao

1:43-1:1:49 always stood out to me. Use to love that part as a kid.
I honestly think this was one of the best levels in the game despite how short it is, also theme is freaking awesome
Bravo por la Spyro musikkk, gracias por compartir 😁👍🎶🎵😘
WTF were those creepy monster things they creeper me out. Didn't they roar or something. They looked mad AF like they would snap on you.
Not gonna lie this level looked really cool.
This level was so weird.
SPYRO IS IN DISNEY WORD
Spyro Remaster. Whoo!
The environment was weird, the enemies grotesque, the music unsettling, and the boss absurd. This is definitely one of my least-favorite levels in the game.
Very true but at least the intense music made it tolerable
The levels in this homeworld are supposed to modeled after Nightmares and Dreams so, i guess this would be nightmare lol
It used to be my fav lvl as a kid
Jacques always fucking terrified me
"Rain"
I just found out that some stuff of the Spyro trilogy OST is avaiable on spotify!
A wise dragon once told me; Aim high in life and watch out for flying boxes

WORLD NOT WORD 😗😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
that music spyro album is rocks
Very strange level. Interesting, too bad the boss isn't so good.
Wo hoo we hoo ow
Needs moar views.
At the beginning this song sounds like a baby lullaby
...... you have issues hu oh here we go again
At this part i remember my game crashed cause i used a glitch code ;-; had to restart the whole game
Jacques*
I hated this Battle.
ECH
Huh I’m outta here!
easily the most pathetic boss in Spyro.
What about Gnasty Gnorc? Pretty pathetic for a final boss. Perhaps that was for naritive reasons though.
Nah come on, BlowHard clearly takes the cake here. I didn't realize that he was a separate character than the lightning wizards until much later
@@agsilverradio2225 at least he can actually hurt you. Jacques can't.
