Been a fan of this product for years. After lots of experimenting I use 4 cups water instead of 2, add extra ramen noodles, raw shrimp or sea scallops or lobster meat and a veggie like brussels sprouts or green peas to cook along with the broth and noodles. Then garnish with green onions when serving. I like it spicy so I add chili oil too. Crazy good, fast, easy and available on Amazon. It is as good as the reviewer says and infinitely flexible if you want to enhance it which I recommend. Don’t be put off by the fishy smell of the curry paste before cooking as it completely disappears.

I recently bought a mixed box of ramen from Amazon and my favorite so far was from a brand called Mie Sedaap, original flavor. Crispy onions, chili sauce and soy sauce come with it. Love seeing other noodles i havent tried yet.

Watching this as eating mine.. have to say I'm not a big fan...😢 almost tastes like it should be spicier and slightly sweeter... just a savoury (almost bland) coconut soup.. the noodles are awesome though. I am a big fan of Tom yum though.. maybe that's why.
