I am old fashioned - I still wish it tracked steps :) - in any case I dread the yearly subscription and would prefer something even more "minimalist" tracker. I am trying to get away from the screens (IE Watch) -- is the ring too cumbersome to wear on your hand with your wedding ring? I have missing fingers on my hand so the only option would be the pointer finger on my left hand (I dont want to replace my wedding ring... Hoping Apple comes out with something (like a ring or a strap that is minimal) Any way -- I appreciate your opinion and your videos. Thanks
I liked the Whoop but not the subscription. Ultrahuman has a good app and no subscription. I wish the rings battery would last a bit longer but it still lasts a lot longer than an Apple Watch. Will be interesting to see if Apple does a ring and if so, what it does that others do not.
I’m not sure. It’s likely they both use the same or similar sensors, it just comes down to the app. I found that the Ultrahuman app has a ton of features beyond glucose related, but I don’t have any experience with the Nutrisense app.

How are these powered? Do they have a battery you need to charge?
It has a battery that lasts long enough for the 14 day period the device can be used for. It does not have to be charged.
