I do not collect Netherlands stamps at this stage. I am still arranging my stamps in stock books, but plan to change to self printed pages in a file and/or separate Vario stock pages also put into a file. The latter provides the most flexibility of all the "albums" I think. Thanks for the video, Stamp Sleuth. Very nice Netherlands collection.

As i collect Greece and New Zealand i'm compiling my own stamp pages with Album Easy[it's free]. For New Zealand i'm up to 1954 and using SG cat. I keep the varieties separate from the simplified pages and also put in the back the Postage Dues etc. In the meantime i have my stamps in stock books. Would be interesting to see your NZ collection.

I have shown it briefly once but will do so again in the future for it has grown!

Roger, how do you arrange the Christmas and Health stamps of New Zealand? Do you keep them in separate parts (two separate parts) or do you mix them in with the "normal" definitive and commemorative stamps?

@@GreatStampAdventure I MIX THEM IN with the simplified issues, Christmas and Health Issues i mix in, but the OFFICIAL, POSTAGE DUE etc i put them on separate pages in between the years they came out and i will do a special page to introduce them, perhaps i'll send you a eg..

@@rogerturner1881 Hi Roger, thanks for your reply. I have to make a decision about this, and it helps me a lot to know what others did who collect NZ stamps. Thanks!

I usually start with stockbook collection and after a while I have enough stamps I buy used album or two that might have stamp or two in it.
    You have good start there👍.

I just started to do the same thing as I found a couple of well populated US albums!

Nice Netherlands collection! I'm always happy to find blocks in lots but generally only collect singles and my Netherlands stock book for mint stamps has them arranged by size and denomination which is generally representative of era/date. I love the artwork and design of Dutch stamps - they are very innovative. I do collect countries and topics so a single stamp type might be seen in an album, stock book in mint condition, in a topical collection, etc. but if I have only one copy I usually prioritize my topicals. Thanks for sharing your collection - it's helpful to see examples of how people organize their stamps and all of the different wonderful ways to collect :)

What an impressive collection:) I love your videos. Thanks so much for making them! I collect worldwide up to 1959 in Scott albums. With such infinite possibilities as to collecting...having an album gives me structure which helps. I've also inherited several US albums, but I've yet to delve into that. I put the highest catalog values in the albums. Most of mine are used, but I put mint ones in unless the used ones are more valuable. All my duplicates get put in a binder of Vario stock sheets by country. When I have extra time, I can go through those and research the perfs, color variations or other nuances.
I get the majority of my "new" stamps from auctions at stamp club meetings. SO cheap! I can't imagine the excitement a box lot from an estate sale would provide. Maybe someday I'll get lucky:)

Lovely collection of Dutch stamps. I have some used Dutch stamps I could give you. The question is how do I know where to send them. They are mostly fairly modern (last 5 years or so).
