Are there any glitches for 3ds games or ps vita games. I know there are glitches for Majoras Mask 3d and people talk about it but i dont know as i dont own it.

Whoa I completely forgot that Snakes and Ladders is a thing that actually exists!
i just want you to know ... 2 years later and that shits still hilarious
With the "Snake gets knocked back by gunfire at stairs" bug, it's not actually a bug. There is a codec call [no idea if you're supposed to call Otacon or if he calls you.] where Otacon says there is a sniper at the very top of the stairs, and you'll be completely exposed, and should wait for the alert to go away before trying to climb.
Why the hell would a sniper be on top of stairs?
SomePerson so Snake can't reach the top. It's just a way of artificially preventing you from activating the "Snake reaches the control room and spots Olga" sequence with a million soldiers chasing you. You get "shot" by a sniper up at the top of the stairs aiming down at you in alert phase. You can't see him, but if you call Otacon he explains that's why you can't go up the stairs.
There actually two versions I guess, I never got hit when I try to get up stairs on full alert, it only stops me but no gunshots
Going up the stairs also cancels the alert
So... Raiden becomes Pyscho Mantis?
Flies, goes through walls, black clothes, breating mask with orange goggles ._.

There is another small glitch you can do with emma in the water section where you fight vamp. If you move her next to a railing, then flip over the railing, move next to her and flip over to knock her down, then quickly pull out your gun and shoot her in the head she won't die... until she finishes her standing animation where suddenly she realizes she has been shot and dies giving you a game over.
Not useful at all but it is one of the few glitches I've found myself so I'm quite fond of it.
I've never played a Metal Gear, but hot damn, this is making me really want to!

4:30 This is probably caused by a loss of precision in floating-point variables as they get to very high values.
All these glitches can be explained with one word...Nano-machines (well at least I think that's one word)
Nanomachines, son!
The arm spazzing out when falling into the void is actually float-point precision problems.
Numbers loose accuracy as they get bigger and bigger (Also works in negatives), and that affects how the rendering engine works. So as you fall, your Y position lowers continuously until the rendering engine breaks. It breaks because there's not enough precision in the coordinates of each point in the model to be displayed in the correct position.

1:43 This ain't a glitch even though it look like one... its suppose to be "enemies soldiers" above the stares that prevent you from leaving... Even though you cant see them... lol
And the games doesn't want you to go there when your in Alert Mode since there is a quiet cutscene in this next room... At least thats what i always thought....

An explanation of Solid Snake's model warping : It has to do with your position relative to the center (or origin point) of the map. 3D games calculate the position of all polygons relative to a point on the map. When you move far enough away from 0.0.0 (XYZ coordinates of the center of the map), the coordinates become numbers so large, that the GPU has difficulty accurately processing them, which results in these distortions. You can try this with any game that lets you noclip. Just keep flying in a direction and at some point whatever model/viewmodel will start distorting.

The stretching around 4:40 is actually, I believe, floating point errors. When approaching extreme distances from the origin of the level, the math lets more error prone and thus where to draw the polygons becomes inaccurate.

Wow another fantastic and informative video! Have you ever considered setting up a vote for what game you should do next at the end of the video? Maybe only games you know contain some good glitches and stuff? For example; PS1 Spyro games had some great glitches in them... and Halo 2 for the xbox had a ton of them.

It's funny to see all of these glitches. Knew a few of them because they are used in speedruns (Ladderglitch in Holds 1; Swimglitch; Swim Skip before Vamp and Tengu Skip), but it's pretty funny how broken this game is.
You can also use the swim glitch from the Plant beginning to skip the swimming section before Vamp by swimming against the wall and mashing circle.
I really love this glitch series tho!

Oh God! This just made my day and rethought playing MGS2 again
There's another "glitch" similar to Fortune's one, against the Harrier, if you go to grab a ledge by going over the gard-rail, Raiden will do a backflip, during which he can't be damaged, even if he gets directly hit by a rocket, same goes for when he goes back up.

When looking in 1st person in that 1st glitch, where you see yourself in the wall, its actually a small percentage of that hallway, faded out and placed behind to give a reflecteve illusion...found that kinda cool when i did it

Thats a nice glitch where you could go see the buildings.
and here i was thinking that there were only about 4 or 5 glitches between MGS2/3 that i knew about. the only ones in this video i knew about were the elevator floor clip and the door kick bypass, that particular technique can actually let you back out onto the shell 1-2 connecting bridge after emma has been stabbed, but with that glitch, be warned, dont do it through a area connecting door with higher security than you currently have. if you do youll get stuck behind the door and since you lose control of your character until you go through the door (usually, which is now locked) you cant save.
