Yeah it's become very obvious that the people who made the og maps that aren't horrible and the people who ruin every map they touch now are 2 entirely different teams and they need to be fired
Everyone who plays valorant comes back to r6 has a bad time peeking corners. We are so used to wide swinging in valorant it's hard not to in siege which is very unforgiving 😭🍥

+ all the changes in y9; especially on ads times etc make it harder for newer players but once you are used to its fine

For real. Its quite possibly the worst map in the game now. Nothing but tight fucking corners and every room is 2 feet long

I hated consulate before but after the rework I kinda love it. The new design seemed very intuitive to me so it seemed pretty easy to navigate but they definitely made some huge changes

It's so funny to watch an old player coming back into siege. I didn't play when Chalet had that balcony, but I can feel the confusion with the recent map reworks. It takes a couple of matches to learn the changes, but keep it up and you'll get there eventually.

This game is heavily influenced to how good or bad you will do if u have map knowledge. I climed up to diamond/emerald purely off of knowledge of map and how to play the map.

just wanna say something, if you die to spawnpeek then it's on you not knowing the map. but on the positive side, dying to spawnpeek is part of the learning curve in siege

Consulate is one of there best maps. The rework was absolutely terrible the old map was so much better. They never fail for rework there best maps.

Consulate used to be good, now it's just terrible. I'd argue a lot of the reworked maps are just way too confusing now.
