      I thought the same exact thing. I didnt even want to finish the tour after that beacuse who the HELL wants their bedroom to open up to the Kitchen?!! Especially my primary bedroom. Wth is that?

    Looks a like a full renovation. Not a big fan of the finishes or color scheme looks cheap and way too much going on.

      Completely agree.. the living area/ family room is also very small.. the kitchen layout also a bit odd ..

      AGREED... bc whats the deal with them porcelain floors. Ive seen in a couple of different houses in Atlanta.. its like they dont understand that wood floors will always be the standard.. this is not a good trend.

    The front looks amazing but once you get inside 2 many wtfs for me but im sure somebody will buy it

    Great showing thank you for posting!!!.....A very poor allocation of space. 7k sq/ft to work with, how do you situate the primary bedroom right off the KITCHEN?? And with one small window with no view.... This started as a blank canvas, and this is what you came up with, at this price point I would be more concerned with resale value...it comes down to preference and I am sure this will appeal to many...again, great showing b/c it is informative to see comparison & contrast in homes at a range of price points!!!

    Hate these 'all-white' homes that look like mausoleums without a shred of character. And the homes are so close to others neighbors, privacy is a joke. I'm paying $2.5m to practically repaint the entire interior of the home, which would include the removal of mostly white tiles? Plus cover up windows, thereby reducing sunlight because of close neighbor proximity?
    I don't think so.

      It is important to know, and understand first that this home is a RESALE, so everything in this home was catered to the Seller's liking. As with any resale home, you either like what the Seller has done with the home, or you don't but can see the vision and have the funds to change the home to your liking. It's also important to be knowledgeable of the specific market that you are analyzing. Some neighborhoods are priced considerably higher than others, no matter what the proximity of the homes looks like, it's just the market. The great thing about real estate is there are SO MANY options available to suit everyone's needs (location, proximity, size of the home, style of the home, etc.) If you are an approved buyer at $2.5 million, you and your realtor will be able to work through what works for you. My recommendation for buyers who are VERY particular and just can't agree with what the market has to offer- buy land that is in alignment with your wants, and build your home to your liking.

    Not worth 2 mil but it's Kool , love the movie theatre & pool, man cave Kool, primary need a balcony, plus neighbors so close, floors nice, I don't like the toilet next to the tub , primary should be upstairs
