@@Clarkesfarm well you never know, maybe conversion to holiday home or glamping accommodation could be the next generations farm diversification. Keep up the good work👍
Love seeing the history of the old yard.🖒 Would you consider setting a bit of concrete in the ground as a spud Stine for the wee gate in front of the small she'd, that way you can set the gate vertical and it'll close properly for you. Nothing worse than a gate not handing vertically 😂
Cheers. Glad you enjoyed it. That’s actually a good idea. I might end up doing that. Have a look at this weeks video. You can see more progress we have made on it.
@@Clarkesfarm I've watched it. But I went back to comment on this one as you mentioned the gate in this. The tar chip made a right job on the yard. Will you give it a rub with a whacker plate, really pack it down. Love the bit of painting that's been done too. Really coming together for you.👏🏼
Yes I’m going to give it a run over with the vibrating roller when one of them is back off hire. Yes the bit of paint is fairly lifting it. I think we are going to do all the old gates now. Makes a great job of them.
Interesting video.
Great history there Conor , great to get it down on camera , 👍brilliant having Kevin to recall the way it was
Great video, interesting to see the old farm. That would have been some place in its day.
Cheers man. Yea I would have loved to seen it when it was all in full swing.
