It’s a smart man that keeps crane operator instructions in his pocket. You might not deal with the same operator often, but if everybody uses the same signals properly, life goes smoother. Good job, lads. 😁🤙🏼
We use standard signals throughout the uk and anyone who does the slinger signaller course is taught them, tested on them, and only people with the relevant ticket is allowed to give signals to the operator on site
yep, when i completed my operator and rigging course, we were given some for quick reference and to keep on us when we go to new sites. handy little cards those!
Wareing should start their own RUclips channel!!! Love what you are accomplishing and I feel privileged to be able to watch and feel a part of your farm. I cannot wait until I can travel and see it all in person!!
Awesome job from Wareing’s Team, really professional. How fantastic is it seeing The Ginger Warrior and Tom’s dreams coming into reality…….love it !!! 👌👍
Any of Tom's videos that feature anybody from Wareing always makes me smile. Everyone is so friendly, seemingly happy in their jobs and professional too! They also seem to enjoy being around Tom and on the Pemberton Farm, which doesn't at all surprise me. Birds of a feather flock together and any construction project on the farm demonstrates this old proverb perfectly.
Very impressive watching everyone working so smoothly together. Now you need a pump to get rid of the swimming pool! Looking forward to watching it coming together.
I think its great that you and the tradesmen show what it takes to do their job. As the coming generation is nearing their retirement the work force is in need of replacements young people need to be exposed to the trade jobs good paying jobs.
It’s So exciting Tom! I’m enjoying this build so much. Loved the grin of satisfaction on the young man’s pride in having his dream to work for Warings come true! It’s great to think of all the wonderful innovative builds and clever rebuilds he’ll have throughout his working life. 😊
That was like playing Tetris! What a crew and kudos to them! It will be amazing! Looks like you are on schedule to inspite of a bit of rain. Your dad was very forward thinking Tom. What have you planned and prepped for future projects like that?
Its great to see old farmsteads continually improving over decades! The half shed was built 12 years ago with this addition planned from the beginning! As you Brits would say, brilliant! I am also impressed at how compact the buildings of the farm are! Great job!
Awesome trades teams you have coming in. They are just bang on and even don't seem to mind talking to us viewers. Thanks for sharing and I hope you let them know they are internet stars now :)
I wish I lived near enough to try some raspberry and white chocolate milk shake, it sounds lush! I'm trying to persuade my friends here in West Cork who run a dairy buffalo farm to get a machine like yours. 😋
As I have watched all the improvements on the farm, I can't but worry that everything works out for the best. I'm a very frugal person, and worry about money spent. But with planning and foresight, my hopes are only for the best for your farm and family.
Love the vids Tom. Having worked in and around major construction for a number of years I do get nervous when you stroll into and through the worksites without the full safety kit on. Would be keen to see you chat/interview a safety officer one day to see how farmers can be safe whilst construction is taking place on their farms 👍.
6th! GOOD MORNING TOM,LUKE,HIEDI, AND THE GINGER GUY WITH A MUSTACHE! This what I’ve been waiting for! The parlor will be a game changer for your farm, I know you are aware of this fact. Can’t wait to visit! Roger in Pierre South Dakota USA
A crane operator always uses hand signals .Never yell at crane operator they can’t hear you the machine is loud always hand signal’s. Can’t wait to see the whole thing completed Tom . Making the farm look good.Great job they our doing and very complicated sometimes.
Absolutely incredible! Love the videos and seeing how it’s all coming together for the farm and how all your hard work is moving towards the future. Thanks for all the information you provide as it’s great learning.
I went to the farm shop this morning to get some dinner and milkshakes the beef burgers and sausages were amazing and the milkshakes what can I say the best I've ever had also best customer service the staff were so friendly thanks tom
Its coming along nicely! Is that the water table though? Its great seeing how the farm is upgrading. Must be very fulfilling for you and the Ginger Warrior to see it all coming together. ....and I have to agree with you Tom - white choc and raspberry is the best! Very moreish!
Well done Wareings you do a great job, even when your customers are being a nuisance. 😊 Only teasing Tom.😉 PS Don't forget your safety equipment! You're too precious to get hurt, just ask your missus.
Breathe Tom ….. a lot going on and lots of quick decisions having to be made. Fantastic to watch but I imagine it can be very stressful too. Take a moment and take a breath. ❤❤
Great video Tom the extinction has come along nicely at least everyone will be under cover to do all the block work and more concrete keep up with the excellent videos 👏👏👍👍
That crane had a surprisingly wimpy toot when leaving the car park! Loved the drone shot of the rafter being winched into place whilst the nosy cows were gazing skyward in the yard wondering what was going on 😂
Hope it’s a fish eye lens on that GoPro or you have a lot of bent steel 😂 it’s a good job somebody planned for the future and put flanges on those half trusses just in case you needed them in the future 👍
7:39 please tom don't stand or walk under the lift. yes it's a 1:100 000 000 that it would actually fail as there are fail safes in place that lock it in place incase of hydralic pressure failure but it can still happen so best to not risk it
I now want to know what the big decision is that you had to talk to Andrew Waring about. Great content as always. It is so great to watch the farm advance every video.
Looking great Tom, question why don’t you change the other clear roof lights while your up there? All look the same then and won’t annoy you in the future!!😊
I've never seen a happier customer of a construction firm before !!!
Wareings, what a great company; doing bespoke builds superbly.
@@ShalomBrother Here in USA we also have standardized hand signals for cranes and forklifts. All the trades teach this at their training centers
@@ShalomBrother And there’s me thinking it was only up, down, right, left!

Looking forward to watching it coming together.
Good PR for Wareing!
I am in awe about everything that has been accomplished on the farm in a few years.
Sure glad you used the drone for some views of the lifting. That really helps us visualize how it's all coming together. Thanks for another fun video!
☺️
Tom, you are an inspiration. As a father myself I can imagine how proud your father is of you! Keep it up
What an impressive sight that crane was over the farm oh my goodness!!!
Really cool wasn’t it ☺️
I think its great that you and the tradesmen show what it takes to do their job. As the coming generation is nearing their retirement the work force is in need of replacements young people need to be exposed to the trade jobs good paying jobs.
Tom, WOW it is so impressive watching the building of the new parlour. The crane was amazing to watch. You’ll be in a milking before you know it. 🥰🇦🇺

Used very similar signals on sailboats. No shouting, no confusion, just know what each signal is. It makes life easy and pleasant.
I love that the crews join in on the videos. Top notch!
Warings are a class act 👍well done with all the work
That was like playing Tetris! What a crew and kudos to them! It will be amazing! Looks like you are on schedule to inspite of a bit of rain. Your dad was very forward thinking Tom. What have you planned and prepped for future projects like that?

"What do builder farmers listen to on a build job ??" Donna Summer of course !!! The build is looking pretty good Tom and Company.
It’s going up fast, Tom. You are doing a great job with the improvements. As for your Dad “is he happy?”😂
Dads… Abit stress with it all 😂
That is a lot for you to manage at your young age. Your parents are so proud of you
Thank you so much ☺️

Crane drivers first day on the job but he picked it up fast 🥴🍻
Good luck! It's going great
@tom thats a mini crane it only got 2 axels, a mega crane has a minimal of 5 axels for my understanding. 😛
Tom, if you ever wonder to yourself do we like the content, absolutely 💯. Keep it up
Thanks Rory ☺️
That's small compared to the cranes I've operated 😁😁 the largest I've operated was a 500t crawler Leiber
Would love to see them! Be ace!
Awesome video Tom also fore thought is why your dad the ginger warrior is a legend x
Any day with a crane added is a good day!
💯💯☺️
Hi Tom love the videos and that was a business of a crane proper
Tom you need to give yourself a massive pat on the back. You are the 6th biggest farming RUclipsr in the world 🤚🤚🤚👍👍👍👍
Wow the farm is looking amazing

Things are starting to take shape Tom. 👍
Starting to take shape… good to see you wearing a hi-vis for some of the video…🤔😉😂

Gonna have a rain gutter of some sort?
That will be a lot of water coming between them buildings.
So much progress with the roof on. 😊
the sky lights also perform the function of self ventilating the building in case of a fire.
Tom, you let me down. I expected you to lift those beams up there by hand. I am shattered. I thought you could do anything :)
Another very interesting video Thank you
Oh wow, your dad planning decades ahead made this possible, smart man
Great job!
Coming in nicely mate. Soon be milking in your new parlour. 👍
I now want to know what the big decision is that you had to talk to Andrew Waring about. Great content as always. It is so great to watch the farm advance every video.
That’s called a cliff hanger. 😀
Im guessing drainage
probably about halving to go through a wall with a new door.
Looking great Tom, question why don’t you change the other clear roof lights while your up there? All look the same then and won’t annoy you in the future!!😊
time. cost.. and maybe he has other things to worry about
Use concrete panels for the walls in your pit. Build the pit mega fast and they are easy to pressure wash
Going for Block now.. should have gone panels I think
Thank you

Your vids are very well edited! Do you do it yourself?
