    This short documentary changed my life, everything about it speaks to my soul. I can't wait to learn Judo and discover the culture and people of Japan. Ossu!

    My whole young life in the late 60s to late70s...this was my plan. I chose another for a life in music instead, although I remain a Judoka in my old mind.

    LOL at 2:38. Match went full 15 minutes. My goodness, I think I would die after a hard fought 15 minute match.

    @TheGreaterGood80 i agree, also the most dangerous in my opinion, i mean one of these throws done on someone who dont know how to land, and on concrete would hurt a lot, may even break bones, and then from that, go into an armbar, or a strangle, but i doubt you'll need too, the best thing to do in self defence is get away fast, one throw can even kill if they land on their head and its on concrete, hell even if it isnt on concrete and they dont know how to land, they could break their neck

    Para el judo no necesitas ser cinturón negro para saber defenderte y aprender las técnicas en unos cuantos meses ya tendrás dominada algunas técnicas.
