Great insight about production from a distiller, always interesting ! I always learn something (I didn't notice the wort filtering, for instance). I haven't tried that one, but other expressions from them, but, as many, I have a soft spot for the amazing 21 yo (I did review it on my channel, btw), one of the best Scotch single malt over 18 yo values in the market so far...Cheers !

AnCnoc is doing some great things these days. Definitely more on my radar now than it used to be.
