How to Spin with a Belt Distaff

Cynthia asked on the Evangelical Church of Distaff Spinning Facebook Group (a group for those who spin using the European methods with a spindle and distaff) how to spin with a belt distaff. I decided to do a quick video for her. Video takes place at AROW which is a reenactors only weekend held at Abbey Museum of Art and Archaeology ahead of the main reenactment season and prior to Abbey Medieval Festival
