Do you know if is possible to get the pilot license 🪪 with a record? I invested in this with the hope of be able to work again, being A Hispanic with accent es rason sufisiente para poder trabajar solo😒
If there’s a record of recklessness with drones or aviation, I could see them trying to stop you from getting a license. Here’s the actual rule though: “You can get a FAA certificate if you have a felony conviction, unless the conviction is for a drug or alcohol related offense. In that case, you cannot apply for a certificate for up to one year after your final conviction.”
@@lilman227 Thanks for the info , I dont have any DUI or vehicle crashes, just dumb situations were I got rob and doing something about it got me assault charges, for what it see according to you under certain situations exemptions can be done , so perhaps with the help of a college or university by offer to throw my whole Full GI Bill in their schools , they must likely do whatever to get all that cash
