Hello, tips for teachers for ptm
1: listen first then talk , parents ko unki baat or question complete karne de fir apna suggestion ya concern btaye.
2: Be polite and patient , kisi bhi question ya baat mei gussa , jaldbazi, ya negative comment na de , agar aap kisi baat se agree nahi krte to shant reh kr parents ko apna view samjhaye.
3: Focus on the positive attribute, hamesha bacche ke ache kammo ko appreciate kare or bacche ki kamiya btate samay parents ko positively guide kare ki kaise wo baache ki weakness dur kar sakte hai.
4:collect information about atmosphere of child’s home, bacche ke ghar ke mahol or pariwar ke bare mei bhi baat karen .
