It is EXCELLENT! I didn't have fresh parsley but used the dried parsley. I also added spicy crab boil in place of the second layer of Cajun Seasoning. OOPS (as far as the added salt)! Yet also excellent. My family likes it spicy. Thank you for sharing. It is simple enough if you listen carefully. I listened while it was cooking and realized I needed to stir it halfway through the baking.
Hi, It would not cook tender enough. I suggest cooking the turkey neck separately then adding them in when they are done, mixing them around to absorb the other flavors. Hope that information helps. 🙂
I haven't experienced that issue but if you prefer to either start with frozen shrimp or add the shrimp in later you can. Feel free to tweak the recipe to your liking.
