      Isn’t it though?! They also publicize it & slap us right in the face with the train wrecks getting off Bc of them being a celeb. Hollywood is going down. There’s still SOME good ones. But, there are way more evil and very well criminals, just criminals with money & buy their way through life. About time they start shutting these people down. This is just another bs case that will “disappear “ in no time. As certain individuals of power and law in our community that’s being hushed involving minors and child porn. A teacher (jr. High & Lead Swat Team Detective) That has had so many complaints & been ignored by the sheriff. His only statement about the whole (rape & filing of kids/dogs and releasing hisself in the cupcake batter his jr high teacher was making for her class and he brought and served to students and teachers all while they filmed everything they did 24/7 Hes been places in “private place” Bc they BEAT the brakes off his ass in booking Bc their kids went to that school and his wife was their teacher. Then to another parish. They had to move from there Bc they were tainting his food... Aowwwww... He can Dish it but can’t take it. Let’s not leave out his rape of a dog all in film. Owning of drugs and floating on Facebook about the arrest and how he should have $ for big bubbas Christmas present. Now the tables have turned. Yet, he’s protected. None of the kids or the 120 something times they both raped and filed this with we don’t know how many kids. It’s sick and needs a New Upgrade than friends electing in more friends with no care for true law.

      What in the HELLL does someone defrauding a local HIGH SCHOOL district
      have to do with the entrance requirements for a private college ???
      Do you think President Blowhard or any of his useless kids were
      really qualified for the University of Pennsylvania ???

    • @LMLification
      @LMLification 4 года назад +1

      @Bill Zardus Well, both cases of school entry were illegal. Although the university might be private, she still bribed some of their staff and faculty, employees, to essentially change policies to suit her. Plus, some people try to defraud the tax system by claiming charitable donation although something was received in exchange for the money. Here is a similar case that occured: United States v. Gray. The high school situation involved tax fraud since that parent and child did not live in that area to pay local taxes and also follow school zoning regulations. This is all aside from the general fact that both parents got children into places under false pretenses, except one parent was wealthy and the other was not.

      @@LMLification
      I'm still trying to figure out why the FBI is involved in enforcing the admission policy of a private university.
      I'm also pretty sure that the father of President Blowhard paid off someone to get that useless POS into
      an Ivy league school since he can't even speak english correctly.
      Is the FBI now going to begin assigning agents to examine which kids are being
      admitted into all universities to make sure they are all deserving ?
      How do we know someone in the FBI hasn't selectively prosecuted these people
      because of some personal grudge ? Maybe we should examine the emails of every FBI
      agent involved in this case to see if any of them said anything negative about the people involved ?
      That defense seemed to work for the scumbags in the Trump administration.

    • @LMLification
      @LMLification 4 года назад

      While many private universities and colleges are privately funded, there are some aspects of the schools that might be funded through some public funds, especially in research. Some private schools are able to apply for certain public grants. Most reputable schools are not going to have policies that allow students and faculty to defraud them without a stiff consequence anyway, especially if bribery is involved. Some parents just can't accept the fact that their child is not good enough or that life is not fair, and not every "deserving" student will get in if space is limited.
      Cracking down on this problem is going to have to require tightening on admissions procedures to have clearer verification on a student's involvement and merits in athletics and programs that they want consideration for in admissions. All communication between student and parent and campus departments would have to be tracked. If there is suspicious acitivity, then the FBI would have to question and review financial transactions regarding all parties involved. Then, also look into the admissions policies and procedures of the school. There will hopefully be enough of a paper trail to catch someone lying. If there is suspicion regarding grudges, the relationship between the FBI or other related government officials would have to be scrutinized. She is a high profile person, so I knew she was not going to go very long without being exposed. All people eventually have their truth exposed, whether subtly or overtly. We all know neither Bush nor Trump belonged in the Ivy League and probably paid people to complete their applications on top of bribery and whatever else. We can see that even though it is years later.

      You are right, but I think we need to look at what our kids think they are entitled to. If the funds aren’t there, and going to some big fancy school means decades of paying off school loans, then maybe kids and their parents need to reconsider, go to a close by home school so you can live at home...much cheaper...or better yet, go to a community college. I got my degree at a community college. Cost about 8k. I make the same exact money as my coworkers who went to “real” colleges. Only difference is they are going to be paying for it for years, as their degrees cost 4 times what mine did. It’s a no brainer, really

    The "REAL" problem with this story is that there is apparently an enormous disparity
    now between the qualifications for college entrance if you are not an athlete
    versus whether you are an athlete. Any time you have a disparity like this,
    there will be opportunists who look for ways to exploit that disparity.
    The most outrageous part of this story is why we apparently have lowered the
    requirements for athletes to enter college to such a great extent. It's not just in the
    revenue sports like football and basketball but now it turns out every sport at every
    school is allowing prospective student athletes to be accepted into college who aren't
    nearly qualified. Even the most prestigious schools in the country are doing this !!
    That seems like a MUCH bigger problem to me, than the Loughlin family
    And when schools assign full time tutors to special students in order to do EVERYTHING
    for them except actually take their tests, are they really "earning" a degree ?
    It seems like these assisted degrees should have an asterisk next to them,
    so that prospective employers know what they are getting when they are hired.

      Ahhh Ms. Rosa Perez, YOU represent what's right in our society. Now, you can include me in as to how PROUD I am of you. You're also an example of what it really takes to make it in White America. Your parents must gleam with pride. True Story: I was asked by many of my so-called colleagues if I too was part of some sort of Admission scandal that never went unnoticed, & I said "YES!" Coming from a Government Hosing Projects, I had to admit that my beloved Mom bribed the Administrators of Stanford with GREEN CORN TAMALES, & CHILAQUILAS... Here Ms. KVOA.com. In the search bar write: "Antarctica" I'm under the News Reports of 1) US & Pueblo Alum's.... 2) Tucsonan Talks "Golfing" in sun zero Temps".... Plz view them. It's true, it happened to me, where I went to school, & where the Hell I've been...Plus U'll meet my beloved Mama... Hope to hear from you Ms. Perez.

      Sadly it won’t be, did you see where Felxity Huffman went? It looked like a spa. And considering COVID-19 (which I’m SURE is why they suddenly decide to plea guilty a year later) they probably will get house arrest. Such an unfair system.

    A poor person can go to jail for 2 months for a smaller crime. And they can get away with worse crimes at less time. It’s not fair! But shows money gets you anywhere.... the fact that they’re pleading now shows they’re purposely doing it therefore they should get a reasonable amount of time. They can wear masks...
