House of Anubis is my all time favorite childhood tv shows!!! Yes it’s cringe(mainly the first season, gets less cringe as it goes on) I rewatch this show so much. I would love to see you react to the rest of this show!!

I remember when season 2 was coming out ITunes had season 1 for free, so I downloaded the entire thing on my Ipod touch and binged it over and over again, it was before I had nay streaming services

This show was so wild, like the plot twists are insane, genuinely one of my favourite childhood tv shows. Sibuna for life.

This is my favorite Show. It was different to other shows in Nickelodeon, and I had a crush on Nina😂

Fun fact: 'Anubis' was a Belgian show. It felt like a small prodcution to the crew, like Heartstopper (but before the huge internet). Then the show aired. And the actors eventually visited The Netherlands (their neighbouring coutry), and they were *so* surprised by how many people showed up to their meet and greets.
Anibus was huge! Mulitple seasons, several movies, and theatre shows (There used to one on RUclips and they sing a really cool version of the theme song).
And it's different from this version, like 'The Office'. I have actually never seen this English version before!
Then a sequel show! New cast, same setting, new powers: they had strong senses. Touch, smell, taste, looking, hearing.
Even that one got a movie. I remember some people not liking it, but I think it was because they had outgrown the show and it was different and new.
And then a sister show. Or wacky sequel? This show was made by the original creators of Anubis: Hotel 13. I only watched S1 when I was young. It never caught my interest.
Also seeing everyone call it 'The house of Anubis' is so weird for someone like me, growing with the Dutch name where it was just Anubis. (I just checked and I guess it's called 'Het huis Anibus', but I never called it that haha
Yes!! "Het huis anubis" is soo underrated, it was my entire childhood, but barely anyone knows it. And if they know it, it is the english one which is so different 😭

omg I LOVED house of anubis, now you're making me want to rewatch it 😭 As a British person I also relate with how you don't really like watching british shows but this was one that I absolutely loved, even with some of the bad acting💀 the storylines are just sooooo good

Is anyone else here Dutch and has seen this show in Dutch?😭cuz it’s so weird seeing this is English honestly, i feel like the acting and quality was so much better in the Dutch version. But as long as the stories are the same, this will be a banger!! Grew up with this on Nickelodeon!! Love it🤍
Yep, right there with you! I've never seen this English version, and the original was much older when it aired. And smaller, only with popularity did they get budget!

Not sure if this will be disappointing to hear, but they do take a bit of a detour from the original in season two. A lot of changes in terms of plot, stories and characters.
Some stories get mixed together, plots get executed differently (while retaining some core things from the original), and some characters take over storylines and personality traits of other characters. A few cases of some characters being added and others from the original not being included.
BUT, despite the differences, it is still a great show and very enjoyable to watch! And while I still prefer our Huis Anubis, it was nice to see that they didn't just make a carbon-copy of HHA and instead made their own spin on the original.
Het huis anubis was mijn leven als kind. Ik vind het zo raar om een Britse spin-off te zien. Maar wel dope dat ze er een gemaakt hebben.

I loved this show. My brother, sister and I all watched it together. It was a show we all loved. I'm so sad that it ended. It's so good and so criminally underrated.
I LOVED LOVED this show growing up!! I watched it everyday it was on before and after school. I definitely ship Nina and Fabian they’re soooo cute together!! I’m part British but I never had an accident (since I’m in the USA) until I started to teach myself to speak in it. Haven’t seen this show in what feels like forever. Definitely would love to see you react to the rest of the show! Love your videos! You do an amazing job!

I was obsessed with this show. I wrote fanfic in 5th grade of this for a school assignment 😂 Me and my friend would play House of Anubis together and she even got me a replica of the locket for my birthday one year and I love how much fun that was!

This show was like a gateway to horror for me. It's so creepy and eerie and nothing like anything that was being aired on Nick at the time. I watched this show every morning before school, on the edge of my seat, as the mystery unravelled. I would love to see you watch more because this show, as corny and cheesy as it is, is incredible.

I highly recommend to watch the rest of the show! It can be cringe sometimes but it's worth watching for the mystery, drama, tension and plot twists.

The only reason I saw this was because the entire first season was on Playstation store for free to promote the second season. It started off weak but the more it went on, it got better. Got halfway to season three and didn't finish it because didn't have the time.
Would love a rewatch and to be able to finish it. Ended with a movie if I recall.
I absolutely loved this when it came out , I was talking to one of my friends and we both loved this show , my other friend hadn’t seen it so we showed it to her but on rewatching it now the acting is awful 😂 but still love it
