Daily Training - 4/26 - feat. JEDI (my official AFJ rep) - Heavy/High Skill - GHD, Lunge, OHS!

  • Having a little fun with all the drama in our space...my puppy is my official Judge. He's watching close!
    Today, (Friday, 4/26) was just a metcon (after yoga/mobility/crossover symmetry).
    I programmed the metcon to tax my core and grip, and then raise my heart rate - then, have to work on a heavy (relative to me), high skill (relative to me) movement - the overhead squats.
    Here it is:
    5 rounds for time:
    15 GHD situps
    50' walking lunges w/ 50lb DB's in farmers position (25' down & back)
    10-8-6-4-2 Overhead Squats at 185lbs
    Time: 16:35 (all about that OHS...it was HEAVY for me!)
