Having Miami Freedom Park a short distance away from the Miami Intermodal Center (Tri-Rail, MetroRail Orange Line and the MIA People Mover) is going to be a huge plus for the complex.
I was hoping for a retractable roof and A.C. as you can tell the heat gets to the players on some games and the game play looks a bit lathergic. Also, Florida gets some severe storms causing rain delays.
great video! keep it up and can’t wait for the next update It’s going to be like 25mins from my house which is great cause Chase Center is far from my house
I have a question about another one of your videos. The aerojet site. Can you please give me the coordinates or directions on how to get to the trailhead to bike to it?
Btw, I forgot to ask but as you know next year is the World Cup and I know HardRock Stadium is gonna be a venue but my question is if Freedom Park will also host world cup games?
Good video and happy new years btw. I can see the nonsense of media outlets like Miami Herald and its toxicity which I tend to ignore since most of these outlets are out there to spread drama which is nonsense in the end of the day. This project seems very interesting and hopefully a way to improve the quality of life for not just people touring the area but us locals. Personally I don't watch MLS Soccer since I still feel like Europe is the meca of soccer in the world but looking at these projects I hope they end up being useful not just for sporting events for the fans but regular folks and in the end it capitalizes on the billion dollar investment. I appreciate the work you do although I will advise you to ignore the criticism and just drop the content without focusing on the toxic voices out there trying to spread drama and negativity!!
There was supposed to be a pedestrian bridge to link the Intermodal Center and the Stadium, but all of the drawings no longer show it ! What a lost opportunity if they don't take advantage of all the train and bus service available at the MIC which would cut down on traffic.
I would hope that Inter Miami CF would promote the fact that you have a Tri-Rail/MetroRail station within walking distance of the complex. That might reduce, but not necessarily eliminate, a lot of the traffic concerns.
Nice to see this polluted site redeveloped without removal of the burried toxins that continue to seep into the groundwater. Just like oleta river and other nearby parks
“BIG MISTAKE” The MIAMI FREEDOM PARK should have been a RETRACTABLE ROOF STADIUM with A/C ! similar to MARLINS PARK ! The high temperatures, humidity and rain is going to make it Very Uncomfortable for People !
That $12 million was invoiced with 2 days to pay. That is ridiculous. When Inter Miami was 2 days late, this story was pit out. It makes me think someone at the city is trying to bully Inter Miami.
I'm glad to see that no public money was used for this. The name of the stadium is catering to all the stupid MAGA crap in the Cuban Miami circles though. Ironically Florida is becoming one of the least free states in the union with the book bans and other anti-democratic stuff in Florida happening.
If you are not Cuban or understand what the people went through in their native land then don't make stupid comments about them. I respect the Cuban community for thinking for themselves and not respecting stupid socialist policies that they left behind.
Crazy to think all this land was exclusively for a handful of golfers only excessable for members. Now anybody will be able to enjoy the parks, stadium and everything else built there. I think the university of Miami should consider building a home stadium there as well. There is plenty of space there to make it happen!

yea so people actually have a reason to use the metro 😂 Miami is so beautiful but so not tech advanced at the same time 😂
Excellent. Pls do every 2 months update.
Top content Joel. Thanks
can you do a video on the newly finished rickenbacker trail? crandon park and key biscyane are pretty dope to

I hope they do keep that bridge from the Tri-Rail and Metrorail stations to the stadium.

Great video !
Amazing, Joel !!!

Thank you!

Hopefully the stadium will be able to expand capacity

the whole building next to airport just baffles me... and its stupidity quite honestly.

I’ll be shocked if that stadium is done this year.
It's only January and most of the frame is done?
I just wonder how the traffic will be during game days… if you want to catch a flight it’s going to be a mess.
2-3 times a month mainly weekends wont be a big deal

Airplane flying over head during a game?
hopefully construction isn't delayed or cancelled because of the payment issue. that would look so bad for miami.
I’m working here. Operating a crane
Nice to see this polluted site redeveloped without removal of the burried toxins that continue to seep into the groundwater. Just like oleta river and other nearby parks
So they won’t have any parking lots because that’s what I don’t see

And congestion
But no public transport? Like an Airport Shuttle and or a Subway/Lightrailstation?
There's a Trirail/Metrorail station two blocks away
there will be a bridge that connects to Tri Rail and Metrorail’s Airport station. It’s the perfect location

ty sir from margate 33063. Pedro. Nice to see some progress
Need metro train so not car jam
Building a stadium for games that you can't afford to go see on your tax dollars?
