This car will not be launched in India. APV is a gas guzzler in Indian standard, that's why Maruti launch Eeco and Omni instead. Please don't ask this channel to launch APV in India, the channel owner is just reviewing this car.
And this car is in Indonesia. Almost all car dealers here can not export cars to other countries, because of our strict car import/export law.

This car is a cheap car sold for people who cannot afford expensive cars. It's also specifically designed for Indonesia's roads with high ground clearance, rugged basic systems, a strong air conditioning system and a narrow body (streets are VERY narrow in Indonesia.) A Toyota Camry doesn't work for a lot of roads there.

Because this car is still selling good, and it's not too expensive compared to HiAce or a Transit. People buy this car for fleet, make them school buses, or use this car to carry things.
This car is reliable too.
And APV is still safer than Daihatsu's GranMax and Luxio. APV has 2 airbags while its rivals doesn't.
