  • I'm back with a new guide/build order for your first minutes in Feudal, plus a few hints on how to maximize your efficiency at this stage of the game. New Khan's Hunter is a very good addition to your Mangudai, additional horsemen for melee fights, OR if the situation requires (French, English), this build allows for 2xKeshik production too, so you can vary the units you produce.
In order to do this, we will delay getting wheelbarrow for around 2 minutes, but we use the bonus that the Deer Stones give us, that is, the increased movement speed of the villagers.
By following this build until the 7th Minute, you can squeeze out units that are hard to beat for many civilizations in the initial phase, while you can organize your next steps inside your base. After the initial attacks, you can either keep the same composition, or transition into archers, should your opponent go for the SPEAR-Archer comp, which is a difficult composition to beat.
BUT, they are still beatable with repeated skirmishes as long as the numbers are not in their favour(even a bigger number are fine for Mongols, if you get Iron Undermesh), villager kills and good micro-management are still possible initially. Hit and Run tactics can weaken your opponent spearline to the point where Keshik could charge, without taking too many casualties.
