Italian Bolognese Sauce [Recipe] with Nothing Else!

Another amazing and traditional Italian recipe. Bolognese sauce or better know in Italy as Ragu' alla Bolognese.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 6 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
- 100 gr of onions
- 100 gr of celery
- 100 gr of carrots
- 100 tomato concentrate
- 500 gr tomato passata
- 1 glass of red wine
Parmiggiano or chilly peppers to taste!!
