I fitted the same Falken tires in 195/60/14 on factory MX5 NA6 Limited Edition BBS 14x6” wheels. Looks stock but performs much better

So after all the articles on wheel width, shouldn't the 205 be optimized on a 8" wide rim?

I just bought myself 195 50 15 tires for my miata nb2 . What should i expect? I had 205 50 16 but i got a good deal on the 15, i couldn't resist from buying them
