Can I Catch The KING of CANAL MONSTERS?!?

- I've been searching for that double digit monster snakehead for a long time! I only managed to catch one over 10 pounds back in 2014. I've come close a few times, but I have not been able to beat my personal best in so long! Fishing for these monsters can be really difficult! It takes a lot of casts and patience to land a huge fish like this. When I have a client request a snakehead charter, I get super pumped to take them out. Even though the chances of a beginner catching one of these monsters is low, you just never know when a fish of a lifetime will bite your lure.

Nice fishing buddy 👍👍👍
That intro 🔥
Now I’m itching to hook up onto one. You make it look too easy, Eric.
Thanks Kim! I got really lucky they were so fired up that day. The big one I couldnt move when I set the hook, until it popped off, but you can really see why I told you guys you need beefy gear 😋
Awesome fishing day my friend 🔥🔥
It was a great day! I just wish I caught the big one 😭

Maybe we will chase after some snakehead on your visit... 👀
@@FloBass it would be great 🤩
In which part of Miami do you think it's better we looking for Airbnb ?
Better than the last place you stayed in? I recommend the city of Pinecrest. Or anything near there.
Unfortunately, that's fishing brother. We've all had it happen........and it SUCKS!!! You'll get it next time!
Why let it go?
Great video brother. I with you on not senselessly killing these awesome fish. Most people are uninformed, on releasing these fish when caught. People will get butt hurt when you do though. Just to let anyone else know, that thinks you have to kill them once caught, that is 100% not true. Under law you cannot transport these fish alive. FWC suggests that you dispatch them, but you are not required to kill them. If anything, the Cichlids are more invasive and destructive in my opinion. Also, the snakehead eats an invasive frog here in south FL that does not have many predators. It's a shame that these awesome and tasty fish get a bad rap.
Thanks man. I'm not even worried about it. The internet has given everyone a platform, even when they have no business being on one. I'm just here to share my stuff with like minded people who appreciate the experiences angling brings us. Much love!
I agree. Im glad you respect these fish and keep posting great videos for us. Another good frog for them is the Scum Frog Bigfoot with Owner hooks.
I've tried the bigfoot and the snakes tear up the body and rip the feet off. Can't get more than two or three fish out of one of those.
Not to smart to make a video releasing a fish thats evasive species and not suppose to be released once caught......
Killing snakeheads in Florida is pointless. They are here now and they aren't going to disappear. Your comment isn't too smart. Killing an animal just to kill it is pointless and stupid...
They’re allowed to be released back into the same body of water they were caught out of
There's no law written in any of the 50 states that requires you to kill a snakehead, or any invasive fish when caught.
