I’m sitting here right now trying to open my husband’s Rybelsus bottle and it is extremely difficult. I’m 56 with a touch of arthritis, but even when my hands aren’t sore, it’s still very hard “for me.” I’m genuinely glad to know it’s easy for some of you, though.❣️
I just learned about the easy open trick. When I'm half asleep in the morning and need to take my meds, it's perfect. If you have trouble applying pressure to open those caps, use a rubber band to keep it down and twist off the cap. Put it back on upside down afterwards for easy access. And make sure all of your meds are easily able to be opened before you absolutely need them. Only use the safety lock if you have children with potential access to them. Keep vital meds out of reach just in case.
Geeze lady, really", I have been a member for nearly 50yrs, and I have sever arthritis in both hands, and I have the same bottles at home, and I have no problems opening my medicine bottles. You make it look so hard,when it isn't.
You know you poor sole,you have a lot of excuses. Kaiser uses both caps. I have sever arthritis in both hands, and I have no issues in opening my medicine bottles. And I get all my meds from Kaiser. 🤪
Damn 80 year old druggie is all she is. Lol I have the same damn bottles. My problem is that I have no use of my right hand from birth. But just like in life I found a way to adapt. And once opened I just turn the cap upside down. I have kids to worry about. Just my moms husband who once began taking my medicine without even looking at the fucking name first. 6-12-18

Turn bottle upside down push into your palm and twist. It is odd and definitely a design flaw. I was not even asked if i needed a child lock cap.
