    Regarding the "patient vs. client" at 6:02, referring to someone as a "patient" can be stigmatizing for mental well being. Some people will not seek out or accept help under that moniker because it makes them feel as they're seen as "broken." Referring to them, instead, as a "client" helps take away much of that stigma. It's then more like a professional encounter such as between a business and a "client." In that instance, the client isn't broken. They're just as healthy and whole as the business, but the business can provide something to the client that the client can't do on their own.

      Fair point. I sounded more flippant on that point than I intended, re watching the lecture.
