Welcome back to the Foxhole and BabyMetal's journey 🦊🤘🔥 Always cool to see more reactors and og BM fans to keep enjoying more of this amazing group. Also cool to hear your story meeting BM, i met them around that time and i got a similar story like you when i met their first song and thinking they won't last and later coming back after i saw them at FB Reacts. Btw the movie you were talking about is Showdown In Little Tokyo, love that classic action film with the son of legend Bruce Lee, both R.I.P. ✝️❤️ This song is a special collab between these great Thai artists and Japanese international phenomenon. BabyMetal already did another collab with Thai rapper F.Hero back in 2019 called PA PA YA!! Bodyslam is a top notch Thai rock band and they will be playing this song together at Summer Sonic Bangkok next August, it's gonna blown everyone's mind. They did several interviews talking about the making of this song at Headbangkok Thailand and The Guitar Mag along with the official you can find at High Cloud Entertainment. The making was certainly not an easy task and SuMetal is the only one singing in three languages: English, Thai and Japanese. Next May 25 they're gonna held a special festival in Yokohama called FOX_FEST and some international bands and special guests will be there such Electric Callboy and Polyphia which guitarists got a collab song with BM called Brand New Day and some fans are waiting for this performance together for the first time after many years waiting just like they did with Kingslayer when performing together with BMTH last year and also recently at Sick New World in Las Vegas. I'm gonna leave in my next comment where to get more proshot clips safe to react if YT allows me to do it. Good luck with your new project and channel. See you next time 🦊🤘🔥

Thanks so much for the comment and for letting me know the movie's name! You say Babymetal are playing in Yokohama, I live in Japan, how would I go about getting tickets?
@@JohnnyReacts1 My bad, the festival will be at Saitama Super Arena, ticket are on sale since yesterday at the official page. Enjoy the show and I'll be waiting for your vlog or review.🦊👍

Excellent first reaction. As you have been told both F Hero and Bodyslam are from Thailand. F Hero and BABYMETAL previously collaborated on BABYMETAL's song 'PA PA YA' in 2019. F Hero flew to Japan to perform with them at the first two concerts of their 2019 tour and when they played in Bangkok last year he made another special guest appearance. I think that may have been when he suggested this collaboration with Bodyslam. Bodyslam are Thailand's biggest rock band and have been around since 2002. They said in a behind the scenes interview that this song goes harder than most of their own work. As a collaboration I think you got it right, none of them are trying to compete with or out-shine the others, the different styles of all 3 artists complement each other very well. There is nobody quite like BABYMETAL. They started in 2010 as a sub-unit of a school themed JPop Idol group (they were aged 12 and 11 at the time) and created their own metal sub-genre mixing Metal with JPop hooks, melodies and aesthetics (this is what the "baby" in their name is about, the birth of a new genre ... it is also a pun since heavy metal and babymetal are written and sound almost identical in Japanese). They separated from the parent group in 2013 and have been touring the world every year (when they could) since 2014. We have watched them grow up and become one of the very best live acts on the planet. Su-metal, as you know, is lead vocalist and the whole concept was formed and developed around her vocal talents and stage presence - she is exceptionally talented. Moametal and Momometal are in charge of backing vocals, harmonies and mainly hyping and involving the crowd with their choreo. The original third member was Yuimetal, she left the band after a 12 month absence in 2018 for (undisclosed) health reasons. Su and Moa continued as a duo for the next 4 or 5 years supported from 2019 by three dancers (the Avengers Riho, Kano and Momoko) who would take turns dancing (but not singing) in the third spot. Riho is now a solo artist, Kano has her own JPop group, Momoko was the last remaining Avenger from about March 2020. Momoko became Momometal, the third member, in April last year. The backing vocals are the parts the crowd will sing along with and they are a huge part of what sets BABYMETAL apart from other bands. It was amusing to see you start to smile and get goosebumps almost as soon as BABYMETAL appeared and Su-metal started to sing ... they do that to a lot of people and yes I think magic may be a very good explanation. Also I am not surprised Moametal caught your eye, she has grown from a cheeky, mischievous but very sweet little girl to a beautiful young lady ... she always had the loveliest smile and the loveliest nature, but they are possibly the three nicest people in music. You already have good suggestions for more BABYMETAL reactions ... you liked this, wait until you see and hear them live (they are so much better) supported by the Kami Band.
Great reaction! It made me happy to see that it only took a few seconds for Su's voice to give you goosebumps. I have been a BABYMETAL fan for seven years now. and she still does that to me sometimes. And yes, Moa is incredibly beautiful, and she has the best smile ever.
Scream and Dance is just a title for the role they play, they are backup vocals, dancers and cheerleaders. The sun rises behind the girls, they are the bringers of the light. The pretty one on the left is Moa and yeah, she is beautiful, and we all love her smile. BabyMetal makes you smile and that is normal, that is one of their superpowers.
@@JohnnyReacts1 She is 24-25 now and she is one of the few girls that make my heart flutter. Plus, she is a foodie and a troublemaker. She basically tortures Su, it is hard to see. EX: She will have to hand off the mic to Su and she will flip it so Su can't get it then she will give it to Su and smirk to herself.
@@bradkornatowski3866 it seems they have developed a strong friendship.. I've yet to see these little interactions, looking forward to discovering them. I'm going to see them on the 26th, should be fun.
@@JohnnyReacts1 Omg, yeah, you are in Japan. That will be a super show, Midwest USA shows are pretty generic and smaller. You will also get to see the METALVERSE girls.
Fun first reaction, and a great choice this is such a nice collab! I saw Babymetal's first large viral video (gimme chocolate from "Legend 1997" concert, where 1997 refers to Su-Metal's birthday) around the same time you noted, and while it was fun and well done I didn't continue following them. A couple of years ago "Road of Resistance - Live in Japan (Official)" by Babymetal popped up in my feed, I decided to check it out and was completely blown away. I now continue looking for everything they've done, and started watching reacts just for the joy of getting to vicariously enjoy them in that way as well. They are just phenomenal. They are great with studio work, but live they are just beyond amazing (and have 30ish industry awards to show for it over the last decade, along with a #1 charted album, and possibly the most diverse fanbase of any band). look forward to more if you continue with them!
BABYMETAL are awesome. They make everything better . The young woman whose smile caught your eye is the very wonderful Moa Kikuchi(MOAMETAL) who, along with Suzuka Nakamoto(SU-METAL), is a founder member of the group. The third young woman is the equally joyous and incredibly talented Momoko Okazaki (MOMOMETAL)who became a full time member in 2023 having been a back up dancer for some years prior. She replaced Yui Mizuno (YUIMETAL) who had left the group in 2018 for health reasons. You really need to see them perform live to get the full force of just how incredibly good they are. Su is a world-class singer whose delivery and versatility are a joy to behold she has talent and charisma by the truckload . Moa and Momo can have a crowd of thousands eating from their hands with just a smile or a flick of their hair, the dance routines are fantastic too. Both are extremely good singers as well and do take lead vocal duties on special occasions. They have a very strong international following but when you see the shows they put on in Japan it will take your breath away. That may sound like hyperbole but it’s not. They really are that good. Apart from that they are three of the loveliest people in music.
Good first video, thanks and welcome to YT! F. Hero and Bodyslam are both Thai. They are top artists on their respective genre in their country. Definitely one of the best collaborations I've ever seen. Very well balanced among the three artists. Really loved F. Hero vocals and Bodyslam instrumentals and specially their singer's vocals. I believe that, as a BABYMETAL fan here, it's fair to mention and remark this. About BABYMETAL, it was just perfect. Very glad that both Moa and Momoko have separate lines from Su-metal's (who sounds amazing, btw). BABYMETAL are: - Suzuka Nakamoto as SU-METAL (lead singer). - Moa Kikuchi as MOAMETAL (backing vocals and dance). - Momoko Okazaki as MOMOMETAL (backing vocals and dance). Official member since April 2023 after being one of their three backup dancers (Avengers) since 2019. Former member: - Yui Mizuno as YUIMETAL (backing vocals and dance). She left officially in 2018 after not performing since October 2017 due to an undisclosed health issue. With Suzuka and Moa she was one of the three OG members since their origins in 2010. Here are a few suggestions. Now you can go back in time or check out some newer stuff... it's like a time machine, haha... Older: "Headbanger" (Live at Legend 1997 from Dec 2013): ruclips.net/video/QEsOaMbNFww/видео.html "Road of Resistance" (Live in Japan, Jan 2015): ruclips.net/video/zTEYUFgLveY/видео.html "Ijime, Dame, Zettai" (Live at Sonisphere 2014): ruclips.net/video/Ro-_cbfdrYE/видео.html Newer: "Mirror Mirror" (Live at PIA Arena 2023): ruclips.net/video/DrNfDkP_Buk/видео.html "Believing" (Live at PIA Arena 2023): ruclips.net/video/l_jCFgG6SIA/видео.htmlsi "Divine Attack" (Live at PIA Arena 2023): ruclips.net/video/2WOHKe_4Fls/видео.html They are very diverse musically as they don't hesitate on mixing any music genre with metal. So always expect the unexpected. 😁 Enjoy your BABYMETAL journey! 🤘🦊
Nice reaction my friend, Babymetal live videos are absolutely awesome! You're in for a great surprise , You missed at least 10 years of Babymetal. Time to catch up.
Moa's smile has been a constant in BM forever - they don't call her the angel of love for nothing. You might enjoy the collab they did with Bring Me The Horizon called Kingslayer - there's a live video of the two of them linking up in Japan that you'll definitely like.
Thanks for this reaction, welcome to doing reactions on RUclips. Lots of people do reactions, but a lot of people aren't knowledgeable, sounds like you might have good insight in the entertainment industry, my suggestion is to put it in the title as well (like: producer or whatever). Copyright can be an issue, so it's good to have a look around to see what others do. While the music is often recognized, the videos is usually where you more easily get issues with. Putting a band logo or something over it, with some transparency can help. People who come to your channel often already know the music/artists anyway. The less you show, the less they have a reason to come after you. Babymetal has gotten a lot better over the years, and a lot of music acts now understand reactions is not an issue, it's a form of marketing. But on average Japanese companies are more notorious, because they don't have a fair-use exception in their copyright laws. Both Bodyslam and F.Hero are from Thailand. The connection with Babymetal from Japan was established because Babymetal contacted F.Hero to work together on a song: Babymetal Pa Pa Ya. ft. F.Hero. 6:02 well, because they were kids when you first saw them. 🙂 And the most popular songs didn't highlight her singing as much, but she already had a lot of skills even then. What we've seen is that for an MV like this, they use the album audio, so yes, studio. And at least for Babymetal, they do have some of live MVs with studio audio synced up, because then the RUclips views probably count as 'digital listens' of the album song for the charts. 7:32 Moametal was on the right, Momometal on the left and Yuimetal left in 2018 because of health problems. 2023 is when Momometal became an official member, she did perform with Babymetal before only as a dancer since 2019, not a singer. They trick they used to make it a coherent song is that F. Hero asked a producer/song writer to do a deep dive in all 3 artists and make a coherent basic song and then brought in the artists to all fill i in their own parts. F.Hero also had the idea and approached both Babymetal and Bodyslam for the collab. Talking about how pretty Babymetal girls/ladies are can be a dangerous game, as they are underage for a large part of their career. Pretty is obviously OK, but sexy is dangerous. Which is something not often done anyway, because Babymetal has never sexualized themselves, they have a very child friendly image. They started out as kids and have kids as fans. Unlike a lot of female artists in the west and many other parts of the world. 10:40 very well spotted, all the choreography of Babymetal is actually tied to the lyrics in some sense, a sort of interpretive dance if you like, almost like a metaphorical sign language. Great to see someone who can notice such things like the colors, pretty certain the guys mostly talk about how their was a bad past and the ladies talk about how best to move on (from what I remember from the lyrics right now). Pretty much everyone says it, the guitar part is a bit short. The guitarist is actually the Babymetal fan among the band. 15:00 it took me a moment to realize the best way to describe it: Babymetal has a positive happy/upbeat energy, which is why you smiled before and why they got the more positive part of the song if I'm not mistaken. Of course, as Babymetal fans, we want more Babymetal. 🙂
Wow thanks for the detailed comment. I'm not that knowledgeable about music, so would feel odd to say I'm a producer. I'm just a weird Scottish bloke with no real distinguishing features, apart from the typical UK bad teeth.
@@JohnnyReacts1 I'm saying something like game producer or something, so it's not directly related to music. Because you do know more than the euh... average reactor. Let me just say the average reactor is just a young person at home in front of a camera, has never tried to play an instrument or worked on any project other than at school. And probably from the US and doesn't even know where Japan is on the map because of it. I'm kind of joking, but that's not uncommon either. The reason I'm mentioning it is that having something in title helps get people to check out your videos.
Great reaction it arrived in my recommendations a little bit late . Enjoy it, and the smile and goosebumps are the usual reaction to BabyMetal. Su's vocals even better live . Even in real life, these ladies outshine anything around them, even the sun . Moa's smile is great. All 3 smiling should carry a health warning . This collaboration is how a collaboration should be done all 3 together it just works . Look forward to more BabyMetal. Welcome to the foxhole. You will kick yourself for not keeping up with BabyMetal 😁🤘🏼🦊🤘🏼
The high point of your reaction are the involuntary smiles you made upon hearing Su's voice and seeing their fun dance moves. Something we see so often, everywhere, among first time listeners.
@@JohnnyReacts1 As with all great work, so many different and good things had to come together for BabyMetal to work, and gosh darnit, they did! Maybe there is something magical here. Maybe all good stuff requires a bit of magic.
Great reaction, and welcome back to Babymetal! F.Hero and Bodyslam are Thai. Babymetal definitely seems gimmicky at first, young girls doing metal, especially since they were 12/11 when they started in 2010. But 14 years later, with 60+ songs, 4 albums, and ~10 years of world tours, they are a dominant force! Time for you to dive down the foxhole to see why Babymetal is so loved! Also, Babymetal sounds even better live. A live stage is their natural habitat. Suggestions: *Catch Me If You Can (Budokan 2014):* Early Babymetal, cute + brutal. *Metali (Official Live):* Recent Babymetal, fun metal festival song. Tom Morello pops in with his groovy guitar solos. *Road of Resistance (Official Live):* Jan 2015, an insanely epic power metal battle anthem. 🤘🦊
Thanks so much for the comment and suggestions. Road of Resistance keeps popping up and I fancy reacting to the collab with Bring Me the Horizon. I heard some of their stuff before, I didn't know they did a collab with Babymetal though.
@@JohnnyReacts1 Awesome! Both are good. If you’re going to do the BMTH collab, there’s an official Live from BMTH. Road of Resistance is more of the “classic” Babymetal, and is an early collab with Dragonforce. They’ve collabed with Polyphia, Joakim of Sabaton, F.Hero, Alissa White-Gluz, Tom Morello, and others. They even did Judas Priest covers with Rob Halford on stage! 🤘🦊
Excellent reaction! It was officially announced just a few hours ago that BABYMETAL's collaboration with Eletric Callboy will be released on the 23rd. FOX_FEST will be ridiculously excited.
There is a lot about BABYMETAL that on paper sounds cheesy and corny...but they pull it all off with such sincerity and earnestness that you can't help but get 100% on board with them.
Nice reaction :) I'd like to suggest 'Monochrome' by BabyMetal as your next reaction to them. Look for 'Monochrome Live with intro'. I think you'll enjoy both the music and the cinematics of it
⬅ F.HERO approached BABYMETAL and Bodyslam to work on this song. He rapped in Thai and English. Bodyslam's singer Toon sung in Thai and English. BABYMETAL sang in Japanese and English, and Su had a line in Thai.
It is exciting to see the start of a reaction channel. Great first reaction. As others have mentioned, Moametal and Momometal engage the audience in chants (kakegoe) such as "sore"; you will see this some of their live performances: a great example of this is the Megitsune performance at either PIA Arena or the Yokohama Arena; both performances are on RUclips. I hope you are enjoying living in Japan. There is a lot of great live music. I hope you have great time at FOX_FEST and look forward to your next reaction!
Nice reaction and I would advise more BM, I see you fell for Moa's smile, try BHTH Kingslayer featuring BM. The reason BM seem to come across more than other artists is Su's voice and stage presence even in a video.
@@JohnnyReacts1 Sorry me making assumptions, BMTH are Bring me the Horizon, a British band from Sheffield, They wanted to do the Collab Kingslayer with BM (Babymetal) as they had become good friends and had just opened on the Japan tour for BM and as always in Japan an arena tour, anyway that was 4 years ago or so but in Tokyo last year they performed it live together on stage for the first time and the official release is just such an amazing show and performance, They have also worked with F.Hero before on there song Pa Pa Ya. and if you want more goose bumps try Monochrome live at the PIA and the f1st take piano version and Akatsuki Budakan Black night 2014 and Legend 1997 (Unfinished version). Legend 1997 refers to Su, 1997 was the year she was born, she is the Legend. And yes BM do have magic powers. Su can walk out in front of any sized crowed and they will all be engaged. As a 55 year old Brit who grew up on Pink Floyd and Led Zep etc. this band have given me a need I thought I'd lost for new music, they have done so much that is so good I find myself wandering while I'm watching how they can be so good. Another Japanese band I love and found through BM are the Wagakki Band. I'll go into them if you react to any as otherwise this could take a while. There is a lot of strange law around BM about the Fox god and the such, it takes a bit of getting used to but when you do is just another fun aspect to them and always remember Babymetal is a performance and are always better live. (Though no live footage of this yet).🤘🤘🤘🦊🦊🦊
Good reaction!! so nice colaboration, This was my first time hearing Bodyslam end they are amazing. F. Hero is so good rapper with a really deep and strong voice and Babymetal are pure energy!! i love them react to more Babymetal please, they are amazing live! and about F. Hero i recommended his song with Millie (another Tai rapper) and Chanbing (From Stray kids) Mirror Mirror Actually Babymetal have a song with the same name.
F.Hero & Bodyslam are Thai. Su-Metal is in the middle, Moa-Metal is on the left and Momo-Metal is on the right. They are all singing in Thai. BabyMetal learned Thai to do this song
Yes Yui left in 2018 due to health reasons, Moa mire or less inherited her position and obviously integrated herself in their productionpipeline. They do sing in this song. And their position was once called scream and dance. Yes, more or less, the guys are still connected with zheir paßt, while the girls are already in the new day.
@@martinmetal7481 No, Yui was the better dancer, so it was her job to teach and improve Moas Dancing. While Moa had to teach their guest Dancers and later the Avengers. At least so was the theory. In practice she learned thr theory andvbasic idea and thevrestvshevhad to do by herself. Bring Su up to speed andvtrain it with her, learn it for herself and teach their guest dancers. They didn't had the öuxury to meet frequentöy with their xhotegrapher. And she holds contact with other groups and bands and listens to their music.
@ksbrst2010 Moa was still herself and did not replace Yui . I think Yui was the better at dancing technically. Always precicise. I feel Moa just had to up her game . I think she had to change some of her dancing to fit the different dancing styles of each Avenger . As Mikiko said, Moa is a great dancer she just needed to apply herself. I think that was the words she used in an interview 😁 🤘🏼🦊
@@martinmetal7481 I know that was the worfs she used but in reality what was asked of Moa was a lot more. Moa and Yui had roughly the same timetable. In the case of Avengers this was simply not the case. The Avengers got multiple jobs
You don't know BABYMETAL at all, but you just smile when they appear or sing. That's a signal, you'll love BABYMETAl songs for sure. Note: no need for me to recommend you more songs. You will notice that the BABYMETAL community is extremely receptive and they will all be happy to tell you what you want to know and recommend the best songs (all of them) and performances to react. Welcome to the foxhole friend 🦊
Yes, Su is the lead singer, while Moa & Momo (who permanently replaced Yui in 2023) are the equivalent of 'hypewomen'. 'Scream & dance' harkened more playfully to their early-teens period as a Sakura Gakuin subunit. Both sidekicks can sing. Moa has done it as part of Black Babymetal (which ironically tackled heavier metal music) both with & without Yui; solo live (Love Machine); & co-lead live (Moabanger, Monochrome [First Take]), but also preferred a supplementary role despite fan consensus that her vocals are otherwise good enough to front a Jpop girl group. Momo had done music theater like Su, was deliberately underused in the Kpop singing survival show Girl Planet 999, & sang co-lead live (Meta Taro, Momobanger) with BM. Still, she is considered a fledging (4-6 years younger than Moa & Su), so must kinda pay her dues to climb up to the top. Together, their main BM duties are to lessen Su's workload (especially with frenetic dance choreography) while working the crowd during the call-&-response parts (a hugely enjoyable concert experience). Their collective vocals tend to be intentionally processed, initially due to their young ages but also for aesthetic reasons (which is completely acceptable in Japan showbiz where Hatsune Miku is a superstar). F.Hero & BM have been announced as special guests of co-headliner Bodyslam at Summer Sonic Bangkok (Aug 24-25), where they are due to perform LIAB live at last. Hopefully we'll get a pro-shot video. BM is also hosting their own music festival FOX_FEST at Saitama Super Arena later this month (May 25-26), which are slated to be their last Japan shows for 2024. One of the invited guests (Electric Callboy) is rumored to be BM's next collaboration partner.
@@JohnnyReacts1 Prepare to have your mind blown. Their live shows in Japan are on a whole other level. I haven't seen them live myself (yet) but I own all of their live performances on blue ray. And whenever there is a show in Japan they go all out. The crowd participation is just insane. The production levels are off the scale.
About movies, Blade and/or Underworld movies came to mind..but there are few others where that kind of clubscene goes by that i cant remember the names of. Cliche, but fits some movies.
I think the contrast between the girls and the guys is intentional, if you examine the lyrics, the guys sing mostly about the negatives that are being left behind whereas the girls sing about the positives that are being moved towards.Obviously they emphasise this with the color palette. You are allowed to comment on the girls appearances now as they are all over 20, they are indeed very beautiful but I like how they don't really use that to promote themselves, the music and performance come first and their beauty is just a lucky coincidence as at 10 years old there was no way of knowing how they would physically develop
It was difficult for me to read the subtitles and watch the video, but on a second viewing, I could see the contrast. The change in colours makes sense now. I love things like this in music videos, means more thought and creativity have gone into its development. Very cool.
Good reaction to a great song with a good message/lyrics - but you need to see them live - they are a live band - but DO avoid "official" videos if you can - they're usually studio overlaid onto a concert. Tbh watching them live is like watching an MV anyway - but with intros, crowd participation and things being a LOT more impactful and harder. Everyone feels the same about "the girl on the left" , all 5ft nothing of her - don't worry about it 😂
Hi from Ireland, I see you're starting to experience the Avid fan base, babymetal are like no other, grington300, and hymdocic, always great with suggestions, links. Definitely live is best personally I think you should do the three pia shows, monochrome, road of resistance, and megitsune, its a fantastic auditorium that gets babymetal set up their breathtaking stage, and shows of their fantastic audience, and recent. After that you have a world of babymetal to discover. I liked and subscribed. To hear Mia and momo sing go to the moa version of headbanger and then the momo version, search and you will find then unless someone here can help with link. 😊
Yes, I was suppressed and blown away by how much people reacted and commented on the video. And I know it's not really about my video, it's because the fans of the bands, particularly BabyMetal, are so passionate and want to share their love for them. Now I understand why my friend told me with a massive cheesy grin, that this song would be a good one to start with.
Hi most start with live show like road of resistance but your friend did well to suggest this collab, and we also all appreciate the reactions, you will find we all will like and watch all your babymetal 😊@JohnnyReacts1
Hell, are you my lost brother? It is incredible how many similarities I see, super nerd here too. Cyberpunk is one of my favourite genres. And my journey is similar. I heard of Babymetal a decade ago and discarded them as a gimmik/not serious. And since Ratatata, I have been falling for them hard.
@@JohnnyReacts1 Massively! CP2020 was my fave when I was younger; these days (approaching 50), I prefer my TTRPG on a lighter scale. It is my favourite hobby, and I have published some small ones myself. Still actively invested in it. 😀
Nope. Their subgenre is called kawaii-metal, this is what they created. There are a few bands that try to get on the cart but they lack the talent, just trying to go with the gimmick.
ありがとう!🦊 For me, this song is perfectly balanced. I just wanted the guitar solo to be a little longer. I believe that the background is different because the male part represents anguish and the female part represents hope. BABYMETAL has been active since 2010 and has released four albums. Every song is so different that it can be described as a completely different genre of music, so please listen to them. I think you will enjoy them musically and visually. Last year, Robert Trujillo came with his family to see BABYMETAL live. Corey Taylor also professes to be a family BABYMETAL fan. Martin Friedman, who moved to Japan, appreciates Japanese music very much and he also appreciates BABYMETAL as a concept that has never been done before and the musical level is very high. I am grateful that BABYMETAL is loved by various top musicians.☺️ 🔥🤘🦊 From🇯🇵

Always cool to see more reactors and og BM fans to keep enjoying more of this amazing group.
This song is a special collab between these great Thai artists and Japanese international phenomenon.

Her voice live is even more powerful.
Many thanks. I'm blown away by the passion and love BabyMetal fans have for them. Thanks for all the information!
@@JohnnyReacts1 You are very welcome - and BABYMETAL somehow inspire that love and passion, I don't think any of us can really explain it.
Great reaction! It made me happy to see that it only took a few seconds for Su's voice to give you goosebumps. I have been a BABYMETAL fan for seven years now. and she still does that to me sometimes. And yes, Moa is incredibly beautiful, and she has the best smile ever.
Thanks for your comment! I'm looking forward to hearing more!
Thanks for your cool and kind comment!
@@JohnnyReacts1 I watched Moa from 11-19 and she was some little girl troublemaker. She hit 20 and it was omfg, I might die, she was so pretty.

Moa's smile will melt your heart.
I had heard Babymetal were still around but never imagined how popular and beloved they were.
That is the most delightful BabyMetal discovery story I've ever heard. XD Welcome to the fox hole. 🤘🦊🤘 (And yes, Moa has THE best smile.)
Thank you so much for your kind words!
BABYMETAL are:
- Suzuka Nakamoto as SU-METAL (lead singer).
- Moa Kikuchi as MOAMETAL (backing vocals and dance).
- Momoko Okazaki as MOMOMETAL (backing vocals and dance). Official member since April 2023 after being one of their three backup dancers (Avengers) since 2019.
Former member:
- Yui Mizuno as YUIMETAL (backing vocals and dance). She left officially in 2018 after not performing since October 2017 due to an undisclosed health issue. With Suzuka and Moa she was one of the three OG members since their origins in 2010.

and to add to that, the sun is powered by Moa's smile
@@marcmacinnis6610 lol I can see that.
Moa's smile has been a constant in BM forever - they don't call her the angel of love for nothing. You might enjoy the collab they did with Bring Me The Horizon called Kingslayer - there's a live video of the two of them linking up in Japan that you'll definitely like.
Cheers for the comment! I know Bring Me the Horizon, UK band?
@@JohnnyReacts1 exactly right. Both bands have known each other for several years and always wanted to collaborate. The result is amazing.
@@autohmae I see your point, ill think on this, its a good tip!

Nice reaction and I would advise more BM, I see you fell for Moa's smile, try BHTH Kingslayer featuring BM. The reason BM seem to come across more than other artists is Su's voice and stage presence even in a video.
I know this is stupid, but what is BHTH? I know I'm being lazy and should just go and research it, but I like asking and encouraging discourse here.
Yes, I know what song to react to next!
Bodyslam is the best Thai rock band
This song is sung in 3 languages: Thai, Japanese, and English.
Yes, I NEED to listen to more of BodySlam!!
@@JohnnyReacts1 I advise you to watch. แสงสุดท้าย ( last light ) - bodyslam 「LIVE IN KRAM」
Thanks for your comment. I just bought my ticket for Fox Fest, like two minutes ago!
I love Momoko❤❤❤
🤘🦊🤘
F.Hero and Body Slam artists and musician in Thailand.
I need to react to more of F.Hero and BodySlam, great musicians!
instanly became a Moa fan 🤘🏻🦊
Showdown in Little Tokyo is the movie
many thanks, need to see it again now lol
About movies, Blade and/or Underworld movies came to mind..but there are few others where that kind of clubscene goes by that i cant remember the names of. Cliche, but fits some movies.
They are great movies, but they weren't the movie I was thinking of. Somebody said it, 'Showdown in Little Tokyo.'
Very cool.
@@JohnnyReacts1 Sometimes why an artist does something is more interesting than what they do
Good reaction to a great song with a good message/lyrics - but you need to see them live - they are a live band - but DO avoid "official" videos if you can - they're usually studio overlaid onto a concert. Tbh watching them live is like watching an MV anyway - but with intros, crowd participation and things being a LOT more impactful and harder. Everyone feels the same about "the girl on the left" , all 5ft nothing of her - don't worry about it 😂
I'm going to see them at Fox-Fest on the 26th.🎼
@@JohnnyReacts1 Now I'm jealous - I wasn't thinking of THAT live 😂
Bodyslam and F.Hero the best of Thailand.
All 3 of them have phenomenal voices. You might take a look at Headbanger Live (Moa Version & Momo Version). :)
I have heard them sing a little, and I agree they have great voices, not as strong as Sus, but still very good and I need to hear more.
Lol, please tell me you are also a roleplay nerd.
@@JohnnyReacts1 Massively! CP2020 was my fave when I was younger; these days (approaching 50), I prefer my TTRPG on a lighter scale. It is my favourite hobby, and I have published some small ones myself. Still actively invested in it. 😀
Live is more intense. Always with Babymetal.
Shadowrun. That was the game. 3xactly, zhey lastet much better than the games.
BABYMETAL is both a group name and a subgenre name. It means a newly born genre.
I, probably like many ignorant sods, just presumed they were called that because they started young. But that makes perfect sense.
Nope. Their subgenre is called kawaii-metal, this is what they created. There are a few bands that try to get on the cart but they lack the talent, just trying to go with the gimmick.
@@traylor2502
You are not trying to understand.
kawaii METAL is just saying what they look like.
Listen carefully to SU-METAL's interview.

ありがとう!🦊
For me, this song is perfectly balanced.
I am grateful that BABYMETAL is loved by various top musicians.☺️
🔥🤘🦊 From🇯🇵
Thanks for the imfo, yes I can see that now with the different colours. Im going to see them perform on the 26th lol lets see how far down this Foxhole I can go!
Showdown in little Tokyo was the movie with Brandon lee and Dolph Lundgren
I kept thinking it was 'Big Trouble in Little China' but knew that was wrong.
Body Slam & F Hero are both from Thailand
Why is the sun in the background of babymetal?
Suzuka sings. 'The sun will rise again' 😉
Bodyslam and fhero Thailand and in this song su metal sings in 3 different languages
Good first reaction in your channel!
I am here for more Babymetal! 😄
Or if you are up there are several other Japanese metal band that are different from what you might be used to!
Please give me some suggestions.

Hanabie "Pardon Me I have to go now"
Maximum the Hormone "let's talk about menkata cottelee " (title will be in Japanese)
Unlucky Morpheus "Cadaver - Revadac" I suggest the MV with the Music Sheet
Nemophila "Hypnosys"
Ladybaby "Nippon Manju"
@@BlackArr0w many thanks! You might see one, two, or all of these on reactions to come lol

MOA was found.
Please do "Monochrome First Take"
I will, sometime soon.
Moa claims another victim 😂😂
lol, they are all nice girls, bonny lasses. I can see they have a love for what they do. Part of me wondered if they even like metal. But seeing them perform, it's obvious they do.
@@JohnnyReacts1 They are just pure energy / fun metal! discovered them last year randomly when they came on apple music for me, hooked ever since, discovered in August 2023 and seen then twice already and a 3rd time coming in June ! and even better they opened my eyes to Japans scene and i discovered the greatest rock band on the planet - Band Maid! :)
@johnnyreacts1 was the game you played called "Shadowrun Hong Kong" ?
No, I was running a cyberpunk game heavily influenced by Resident Evil. I used the World of Darkness core rules, mixed with my own creation, to create a grim, dark future world.

Babymetal is THE best LIVE band on the planet
Road of Resistance LIVE at PIA Arena 2023 next.
Thanks for the comment and suggestion, it looks like Road of Resistance is popular among fans.
Yes. The LIVE performance I listed shows one of their most recent performances.

Welcome to the reaction sphere. BABYMETAL makes everyone smile. Both Bodyslam and F.Hero are Thai. I would suggest recent live BABYMETAL performances of their songs Road of Resistance, Monochrome, and Megitsune from their PIA Arena 2023 concerts.

You are talking and stopping a lot.this isn't a good way to make react videos
