The reason why sua lost is because sua didn't want to lose mizi, so she gained an extra point to lose even though the both of them were planning to win and not let the two of them die, but it's impossible to gain the same points Basically alien stage is where humans are forced to sing for their lives, and whoever loses dies and who wins doesn't die Also their singing for aliens by the way, I really don't know how to explain sorry
Mizi was not aware that the loser dies. They were planning to tie (scores), but like I've said, Mizi thought that even if either of them did lose (and they did fail to have their score exact same), that none of them would die - which was wrong. Sua did know that, so she sacrificed herself so that Mizi can continue to live on, so she *lost* a point by making a mistake on purpose. @@Ivyxly
Clearing up a few things! The girl who was doing the monologue was Mizi (the pink haired girl) Btw the black haired girl who died was Sua. While Alien Stage is a series that is simply just music videos, there's a lot of lore and things you have to piece together. For starters, we see at 4:02 that Earth was destroyed by the aliens (we also see that at 3:48) and the remaining human population are taken as pets, or enslaved (4:07). I don't want to give too much away but these aliens just sorta trained the humans to sing in a singing death competition (Alien Stage). It's pretty hard to spot at first, but all these characters have pretty complex relationships with each other, being raised by aliens, their perceptions of love are different than ours (Mizi saying Sua's 'her god, her universe' she loves Sua with such devotion). Looking forward to more reactions!
Also although the last episode is called "Final" we are only about half way through the series. In total the creators wanted about 12 songs in total for the series.
But then wouldn't that mean we only have 4 videos left and not 6??? (Counting by songs: Round 1, ALIEN STAGE, round 2, round 3, round 5, All-in, round 6, round 7) I mean, it still does fit into the "half", description, it wouldn't be wrong exactly to say there's half left, but it's also a lil' more than half done. Alien Stage is a singing competition. The loser dies. When Mizi (the pink hair girl) was talking, she called Sua (the short black hair girl) her god because they’re in love with each other. In this universe, Earth got destroyed and aliens took humans away from Earth anf now treating them as a pet. The scene when they were kids, they were wearing white clothes and that place is called Anakt garden. It’s a place for human pets to get trained to sing and live there together with other humans.

just so you know, pink haired girl is called Mizi and black haired girl is called Sua!, getting to know their names is important so you don't get confused, but yeah, Aliens took over and are forcing these humans to sing for their lifes, Mizi and Sua loved eachother but sadly Sua lost the round so :(
the two girls competing, the one with pink hair is the protagonist Mizi and the one with short hair is Sua They are more than friends, they loved each other and the lyrics of the song reflect this, they are each other's universe and clematis that's why it's called Sua of your god and your universe because it really was 💔 they loved each other so much Sua also went out of tune on purpose for Mizi to win, she wanted to protect Mizi at all costs💔 everything I said is not theory, it is confirmed that's why it's much sadder 😢
I love seeing it all processing in your head when the scoreboard showed up and they were versus the other. I'm so excited to see your reaction to the rest of the series, some people who already explained it to you but yeah, the aliens invaded earth and took the surviving humans to make them pets, the aliens liked their singing so they started training them for that sole purpose, the alien stage is basically a tournament where the aliens put their human pets to compete with each other, the one who loses dies, for pure entertainment and status, there's a whole lore behind the series, you can make out the personality and relationships of each character trough their videos, and the songs are total bangers, i really really can't wait for the next parts!

I think that people in the comments explained everything well, but I'd like to add that all the characters grew up in the same place and some of them have a very strong bond with each other, like a family bond, but also a romantic one: Mizi Sua Ivan -> Till Till -> Mizi Luka -> Hyuna What's truly heartbreaking is how VIVINOS shows us how they care for each other and then have to choose who dies... Even if one sacrifieces themselves, it'll traumatize the other person...

I would say, doing the entirety in one sitting is the way to go. I don't even mind watching an hour+ long video of you reacting and analysing the ALNST series.
