In 2:38 he acts like he is going to pass then splits the 2 players. He needs to play in spain where he can develop that skill England has nothing for him. They want tough tacklers.
Agree. He needs to go to Spain. He is technically very good. But your analysis about English midfielders are outdated. Yes they want tough tacklers but they also need to be technically very good, like most modern footballers. Also the managers he has played under have been Portuguese.
Skipp is a better tackler he is tougher. And he can pass but in traffick he might be tested. Winks is great in traffick a good passer excellent dribbler but weak in the tackle.
