You definitely inspire me to keep going, I have emetophobia and really bad acid reflux and other really shitty health problems that will sometimes leave me bedridden I know you have been struggling with ur health but you are so strong and brave and beautiful and I’m so proud of you for pushing through I know it’s hard to feel so physically ill all the time it’s pretty much a everyday
Thing for me and it gets so mentally and physically draining I’ve cried a lot just wishing I could feel “normal” but again you inspire me to stay strong and keep going and I thank you for that and for the most relaxing videos ever❤️stay strong

Anxiety can get healed , I also had generalized anxiety disorder and now I’m ok, I see it as a joke. You have to change your mindset, your perceptions and to have faith in Jesus…. Ah and change your environment if is toxic ( partner, family, country , job, etc )

Bestie 18:17 a silk mask isn't doing much for protecting you from getting infected. Just like a simple surgical mask, It's mostly protecting others from getting infected by the person who is wearing it. Changing it to a medical grade N99 air tight mask - worn correctly and tightly on the face (most of them are good for a few uses and then you pick up a new one) like we had during COVID, will actually do the job. People are out there not being mindful of others and you're smart for protecting yourself 💗
