This video shows how amazingly easy it is to control the output of a SuperDragon over a long period of time. The goal to can for 90 minutes at 15PSI was easily accomplished. With the stove only filled 2/3 of the way and it ran for 2 hours! I only adjusted the fan speed a few times. Impressed!

Hi Scott, just received the Super Dragon. Haven't tried it yet, but wanted to say this thing is built like a tank. American made with pride built in it. Thanks again for suggesting it and give us a demo on its worth. I'm the guy you personnalily called down in Florida with the order question... You do us all a great service, please keep it up and God Bless!
Great for large families or small groups when bugging out or camping.
I'd looked at the Silverfire stoves, thought I'd like to have this one. Thanks for showing how well it works.
You are welcome!
+engineer775 Practical Preppers Will Dragon run as long as the Hunter? Since it has a fan will be less ash, less cleaning so you can add wood for longer burn before cleaning ash(good wood considered)
Great video as usual! Thanks
Oops, please disregard my comment below....Did find the answer subsequently on another of your videos. Thank you, for sharing how effective these stoves are. Mrs. Tc
thats one nice stove. so you can use that stove indoors. thank you take care
At least when my wife is not home! I did not have a thick enough insulator under the stove and I burn't my table. She not gonna be too happy with me! :)
engineer775 Practical Preppers Oh boy.you are in trouble now.lol I guess the SHTF.lol thanks take care hope to see more videos when you are out of the dog house.lol
Thanks for sharing.
thank you
Wow that is one hack gasifer, have to look in to getting one
As always great job & thanks! If the fan stopped working would you still be able to can with the stove? Will you do another video when you run it with just wood?
I've probably a really stupid question, as your kind of cookstove is foreign to me. Am impressed that it's heat output is adjustable, and the ability to homecan on it. Please, when cooking with it indoors, wouldn't it need some way to vent, as have seen stove pipes attached to wood burning stoves. Thank you for this informative video. Mrs. Tc
Watched the video canning. You indicated you used pellets to maintain 90+ minutes of boil. How many pellets did you use? Have you used twigs/sticks to can the 90+ minutes? Did a full burn chamber work for you?
Hi Scott, I'm not quite clear on whether, or not I need something other than the pwm, to be able to switch from running the fan on the AC adapter, over to 12, or 24 volt DC? Would you please tell me what I need, does it come with it, or is it offered as an option at check-out? Thanks for all you do.
Is there any way that a thermoelectric generator can be adapted to it to keep the fan going
I just started reading a little about gasification (all the while bemoaning not paying more attention in high school physics and chemistry). Am I right in saying that the advantages to gasification are that it burns up problem residuals like chloride and potassium and more efficiently uses the potential energy of the fuel?
So there is no way for a chimney attachment for the Dragon?
Hey Scott, I was wondering if there is charcoal produced as a by product of this gasifier unit. Making charcoal for the garden and filters etc. would be very useful ...
John, there is nothing left to speak of because it burns so hot and clean.
you will want a few spare fan motors just to be sure.
Hi Scott... Thanks for the videos!
Where do you recommend buying a small solar panel similar to the one you show? I would like a smaller, reliable panel to "direct connect" to various electronic things around here.
Thanks for any input!
Grandpa D.
This is very similar to the one I have used for 10 yrs

Does that canner make a good pot still? (-:
Looks like a great stove, I know you have a lot of experience with those smaller type stoves, do you think if it was used on a daily basis it would last a year or two or longer? And the survival summit thing has been a bust for me it took 14 hours before I could connect on day 1, day 2 16 housr still was not able, tried for a while today no luck, contacted the help line ,,,, no help. oh well maybe next time. I hope others are not having the same problems.
Sorry to hear you can't connect. I have not had a problem and I do not have a fast connection.
I plan on runnign it and using it for many things so time will tell. Those old woodgas stoves are looking rough but they still work fine. I haven't burned one out yet and these SilverFires are made much better.
Hi, where can you purchase this and what is the cost? Thank you for the post. Vic

Don't know if it's my computer or not, does the audio drop out half way thru?
I had audio to the end.
No, the audio is there on my end.
Ok, thank you.
Seems like your getting a lot of carbon buildup on the top of the stove and bottom of the pot. Is it damaging the aluminum on the outside of the canner?
It wipes right off. I have used this canner on wood for 4 yrs. Soot doesn't damage a thing. Just wipe it off if you have a lot of build up. The soot you see is after 90 minutes of burning and has no effect on the process.
My understanding is that soot results from incomplete combustion of hydrocarbons in the fuel. If gasification is so superior to other methods of burning wood, why still all the soot? Does gasification produce less soot than other methods? If so, by how much?
Any time you introduce something cold ( in this case a canner with 3 inches of cold water in it or a fresh pc of wood) you effect gasifcation as you lower the overall temperature of the process. Once upt to temp again then you have complete combustion. So if you see a little soot in 2 hours of gasification produces way less soot than any other method of burning biomass, hands down. You see soot if you have not come up to temp or you drop in temp by introducing a cold or high moisture content item.
Sounds like you put your finger over the mic on the camera, couldn't hear shit. Nice stove though!
The canner noise ( steam , fan, etc) was the issue.
