The real problem here Reggie is paying for interviews which goes against all rules of journalism. When Art of Dialogue pays several thousand dollars for an interview, that turns that interview into a business transaction rather than pure journalism. The person receiving the money, Gene Deal, is now compelled to perform, exaggerate and embellish because he wants to continue the business transaction. Art of the Dialogue can remove the video or edit out the misinformation but that portion of the video is going to generate the views that the channel needs to get a return on the investment so it will stay up. and that's one the problems that paying Gene Deal and others for interviews creates.

Tbh i always though Art was kinda slow. He is a terrible interviewer and never follows up on information he gets during the interview. Either he does it on purpose but to me he just seems slow. The only reason he got so big is that people got sick of Vlad talking over his guests the whole time

If you guys remember. Around the time the alleyezonme film came out. He did a whole video that he took down dissing this guy from A1hiphop IG page. Because they was one of the head media for the film. A lot of people thought that was lame and suspect. Like why would he do that ? It looked like he was jealous. From then it showed his true colors and personality. A1 and Lt supported the page and all and even invited A1hiphop to interviewers. Art really edit and posted and 15 to 20 minute video. Going to the man's personal page and putting pictures on his video. What a clown he is for this and still is .
Wow I remember that. He posted it and deleted it. A1hiphop has been doing interviews before him. He actually took there style. He been a hater. That video came out the blue. I actually commented back when the film was out on Arts page saying that it was lame. The channel does more than just rides Pac balls. He was trying to fight the dude. Not knowing A1 is connected and with the shits as well.

You don't need permission to use his footage. In the digital millennium copyright act there's a provision called "fair use" which allows you to use his footage for certain purposes without violating the copyright. If you google fair use you can get more information about it.
Also you can just ignore a cease and desist. It's nothing more than a threat to scare people.
