What I find super disrespectful that these children do not understand they're back in the day this was all they had they made the best of what they had. I found it super disrespectful when the girls said I wouldn't that even if I was in combat how disrespectful. I find it also really really disgusting when the children were spitting right onto the plates it's like these ones need a damn education in manners and etiquette
Oh stuff it, you clearly have zero standards and would gladly live in Ye olde times and work on farms without machines because clearly that hard life is the best ever.
The boy in the green shirt didn’t even try anything. He would bite into it and immediately spit it out without even chewing for a moment. He’s not really a good choice for a food challenge
I'm convinced that the only times the bologna cake has ever been made was for the photographs to include in the Oscar Meyer/Philly Cream Cheese "Buy Lots Of Our Products" cookbook, and for Internet reaction videos.
I was born in 1974 and grew up having to eat what was put on my plate or go hungry. I've had most of these except the pickle cheesecake. The jellied meatloaf isn't horrible, but definitely not something I would want to eat very often. But if I had to I would just do it. If I would have spit my food out onto my plate I would have been in deep trouble.
I love B. Dylan Hollis! You should have given them some of the awful sounding dishes that he actually liked, like the Potato Candy and Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake! 😂

Funny enough, the Popeye cartoon about spinach making you strong is based on a typo.🤣 BASICALLY, at the turn of the 19th century when people started studying and cataloguing things like nutrition in food, some german guy measured the iron content in various foods. When his guide got translated into english, the reprints had a mistake in them. I’m gonna recreate it here, just for a visual aid, but in MY case, I’m gonna be pulling numbers out of my butt, just FYI. Iron Content: ---- 2.56 ---- 2.01 ---- 20.4 ---- 3.92 Looking at the above example, where all the decimal points are in the same spot and all the numbers have 3 digits, it’s not TOO unbelievable to think the third example on that list was accidentally placed one spot too far to the left, is it? ESPECIALLY since all the numbers except for that one are REALLY low, right? Welp, the people who got that catalogue didn’t think it was an error, and thus they thought that spinach had 10 TIMES the iron content that it ACTUALLY has. (Spinach has about equal iron content to watermelon, while the error makes it seem like spinach’s iron content is equivalent to an 8 ounce STEAK.)
The bologna "cake" was not eaten like that. It was a centerpiece for tables with actual foods on it. It was to look at or eat with crackers. Just small pieces on crackers.

Yes but see spam has SO much sodium it just automatically clashes with the peach. I like ham and pineapple, but spam and peaches is just too much in terms of clashing flavors. You have to find what compliments each other, not what looks good together.

Never understood the need to turn transporter accidents into food. Let these ingredients shine on their own.
