yes, she is very good, her damage potential is very high. It's easy to deal high damage with Saipan if you don't lose your planes.

at 2:12 the first rocket attack: 1 pen almost 700 damage, then the squad turns around attacks again exact same way: 7 pens, 4k damage. smh
