Episode 01 - "Xingyi Quan Master Di Guoyong (2004) - Part 1 of 2"
Di Guoyong 邸国勇 is an inheritor of Hebei Xingyi Quan and Liang style Bagua Zhang who has spent a lifetime practicing, researching and teaching these arts.
I have spent over a decade living in Beijing and studying with him closely, an experience I am eternally grateful to him for.
Throughout his lifetime there have been some Chinese produced interviews and documentaries featuring Di Guoyong. Here I present these with English subtitles and other relevant information in honor of my shifu 师父 and for the benefit of other practitioners into posterity.
