1800's - What about the Black women like Ida B. Wells - first woman journalist to involved in Women's suffrage along with Mary Church Terrell. What about Frances Ellen Watkins Harper advocate for the rights of being African American to equal to white women as well as all humans.
In 1800's - What about Deaf women who were the first in science like Annie Jump Cannon Deaf pioneering astronomer being oppressed by men and by audism. What about Two British Deaf women - Helen L. In the middle east we're still in the 19th century when it comes to women rights💔. We need support and a huge movement at least to fight violence and murder. I'm glad in other parts of the world genders are almost equal though.

I think America, like many countries, has a long way to come to ensure its human rights are put above corporate greed and attention. Feminism shouldn't be something that's seen as an infringement, but rather something that's encouraged as necessity for all, at least in my eyes. We are not all the same. Women have a different set of needs due to how different men and women's histories were. You don't get to oppress women for thousands of years and then when they finally become free, not even 100 years later act like they are exactly the same. It was purposefully planted in people's heads that we are each others polar opposites. If we were truly seen as the same, we wouldn't need a separate movement.
The crimes that hit women harder are not the same, and context in which they happen are not the same either.
I want to ask what are the women's rights in the UN Women Law?

Love Jihad & Women's Rights
Are people who are fighting against Love Jihaad advocating only a certain people should marry only certain people? No.
Any person is free to marry whoever HE/SHE is willing to marry. It's a free World.
But the problem here is, A Muslim girl marrying a Hindu boy, or a Muslim boy marrying a Hindu girl - The law system in India is such that Muslims are given an exception to enjoy the personal laws & these personal laws are in so many respects are Anti Hindu, they have not had the kind of reforms took place in so far as that of Hindu laws are concerned.
This puts all the Non - Muslim women who choose to marry a Muslim - boy at a disadvantage. So Non Muslim girl if chooses to marry whether out of intention/fraudulence, A Muslim boy, she will loose the right to, (i) Property, the way she would had enjoyed if she were not married a Muslim boy, (ii) She will loose right to divorce, (iii) She will loose right to Inheritance, Succession etc. in ways she would enjoy if she has not married a Muslim boy....
Religion is meant to unite a group and isolate a majority of outsiders. Christian/Islamic based religion: If you aren't with me, you automatically go to hell because of non belief.
Hinduism: Caste system is used to control the masses and make them think that karma is the reason that they were born in a lower class lifestyle.
Both are flawed and if one is a proponent of either of these religions, they will believe in these points. So why marry someone from outside of your religion? The way to circumvent this, is by non belief and to step away from a cultist mentality.
