Think the season has more bursty healing scenarios and deadly one shots which other classes are better suited for. Shaman has insane throughput, won't deny that, but not being able to save someone from a single target nuking ability in a lot of these dungeons feels lackluster. You need help from a tank/dps with off spec dr like sac, etc Our dps and healing is very solid otherwise, and so is our toolkit. Shaman is just very underrated atm due to bad community perception
Vocal Raid Assistant. The 'dodge' audio cue is something I customized on my dungeon WA package on the referred ability to have a sound cue for when the mob is about to cast 3 seconds prior
Most of the bosses it's the group that's in danger and not the tank, so I swap my second earth shield to the squishiest person in the group so they get more healing taken + 6% damage reduction throughout the encounter
Wasn't expecting for us to get buffed in all honesty. Our healing is already pretty good, but the ST damage is nice, something we were lacking a bit. Welcoming, but won't shift the meta

I remember seeing some other high rated players play Resto Shaman season one. Was Shaman stronger S1 or were healing specs just closer together S1?

Hey Laren, I noticed you were using earth shield on the Evoker not the tank. What's the reason behind this?
3 row talent in shaman tree allows earth shield to be on 2 targets

Earth Ele gives you +15% extra health when it’s up, so it’s for survivability/defensive purposes
