I feel the final boss is way overtuned atm. Struggled so much with a 11. OOM so fast and all dps ended up dying for the last few percentages. Tank (DH) had to solo down to boss.
You should try the Riptide build instead of High Tides, it did wonders for me, went from being OOM there on a 13 to having 40% mana at the end of the fight
Id love to see a quick guide video from you showing how to effectively play the riptide build.

Rageheart is good defensively but only for high keys in my opinion. Ward is generally more versatile and better for pugs

Both builds work fine, but you can definitely play without chain heal and succeed in high keys 👌🏼
