    I have never seen or heard of a court case starting on time either. He is right. This is a bad habit of the entire justice system. It's arrogants on the part of the justice system and magistrate because you have no choice but to Waite for them and you have to wait for them. It's arrogants.

    • @adedapoalabi5442

      Absolutely this is an extremely serious issue within the justice system which need to be addressed. It's important to note that lawyers are paid per hour, which can also include unproductive hours, that can be extremely costly and wasteful(A collegue of mine also exprerienced similar issue, he had to pay his lawyer for massive four(4) unproductive hours due to magistrate been late).

    He is really pressing a re-set Button on the whole of South Africa and showing us how things should properly go on. Imagine how SA would have been if it wasn't for Malema, many wouldn't even have the guts to speak against racism or to even address a late Judge like this.

    • @coen8677
      @coen8677 9 месяцев назад +3

      He is showing contempt for the authority of the magistrate... The amount of time a magistrate arrives last in a court is nothing new. The rest of us would've been in jail for this. A leader that doesn't have respect for the law is no leader, especially one that said he wants South Africa to be like Zimbabwe under Mugabe... If this is who you vote for, then you should just move to Zimbabwe.

    • @coen8677
      @coen8677 9 месяцев назад

      @@bafostiti7125 no, tantrums don't change people's behavior on mass for the better. Malema doesn't have respect for the authority of this magistrate, nor does he give much care for the law when you consider his demagoguery and overall behavior. He is a contemptuous man that seeks to deliberately ruin South Africa in the name of "economic freedom". It's in his party's name and he said it himself... He admires Mugabe and wants SA to be like Zimbabwe was under Mugabe. You are ignorant if you blindly follow such a man as the Zimbabweans followed Mugabe to their own ruin and the Germans followed Hitler to their own ruin. As many people point out, if a normal citizen behaved like Malema regarding this magistrate, he or she would be jailed. Politicians shouldn't be above the law, no one should. You are the naive one if you think this man is an acceptable person in this situation or overall.
