Doctor your protocol.👍 The only thing you might want to tweak a little
is when raising legs to flexion is to turn feet out 25 degrees. Arthur Fuhr was real fervent about that even though his disciple where not compliant on that. You did all the tests I used to do when I was in practice working with Activator clinicians. Here is what I saw tested: L AS pelvis,, pubis, L5,. L5-S1 midline, T12, upper ribs. T8, T6, post. occiput, ribs, T4, T1, 1st rib, C7, Atlas/axis, , rt. medial scapula kinectic chain correction, QLs, ext and int. rotation of Ilium ,right lateral sacrum with dramatic increased in thighleg elevation. I did notice from my perspective after correction of the lateral rt sacrum there was a slight difference still with a mild reduced left leg thigh prone lift. When I found that in a patient, I would do a ipsilateral single leg check flexing approximating foot toward hip. If it demonstrated a defiency then I would apply an other set of thrusts. If after that still a mild difference then check for post.. sacrum base contralateral indicating an opposite right nutation ( ant. inf.). Correct with 3 thrusts to that post. sacral base.
I take it this is your typical present leg check isolation test scan protocol that you do on all patients. Being you're using an adjusting gun It is apparent you are following more recent protocol. Again I'm commending you for your thoroughness! Kind of nostalgic watching your video because I've been retired since 2017. Thanks.

Hi, I'm a student learning activator. For the right lateral sacrum I've been doing what the book says: P-A, I-S, L-M only once lateral to medial just medial to the PSIS. Should I be doing what he just did? It looked like very L-M on the lateral portion of the sacrum at the level of S1 and S3.

@@rodrigovelasquez9854 Well for a retired chiropractor that did Activate but iwas not really certified but got adjusted by and worked with certified up-to-date practitioners as Activator methods. The activator manual they use from the seminars indicated a lateral Sacrum is revealed by a single leg check from extension to flexion heel towards l the buttocks. Correction is 3 thrust 2 @ different pts at 3rd to 4th ring to lateral border of laterality side, and 1 thrust lateral to medial on lateral side at 3rd sacral tubercle. Then recheck to see if additional thrusts needed. I hope that helps.
